Parma & burrata is all about contrast. Hot San Marzano tomato base and fior di latte mozzarella come out of the oven first, then we layer Parma ham, a cold burrata, and a handful of arugula on top so everything stays fresh. Marinated cherry tomatoes add a sweet little pop, then pepper and basil olive oil finish it. You get warm, creamy, salty, and fresh in the same bite.
