I came to Pittsburgh Pelvic Health for nerve pain, which my OBGYN guessed was being caused my a tight pelvic floor. After several months of wrong diagnoses, 1 month on crutches and bouncing between different specialists, I was truly amazed that I saw immediate relief after 1 session and complete alleviation of the pain after about 6 weeks - all this from a part of my body I had never given a second's thought to before. Dr DiFonso was wonderful - super responsive over email, never felt rushed, and very vested in her patients' wellbeing. Given the 8+ week wait to see a PFPT in the UPMC network, I was especially grateful that Pittsburgh Pelvic Health was able to see me just 2 days after I first reached out - the pain relief and wonderful care was well worth the extra cost of going out of network.

Dr. Beasley was very knowledgeable and patient with our four year old that needed a little help with learning how to poop in the potty. She recommended several things to try at home and spoke directly to our toddler too, so that she understood what why we were there and what we should we trying at home. Very responsive to emails too. Highly recommend!

I came to Dr. Beasley when I was about 6 months pregnant with my first baby because I was TERRIFIED of giving birth and tearing/developing pelvic floor dysfunction. She came up with a personalized plan for me that took into account my fears, subjective goals and her own examination, and we met once a month-ish over the last four months of my pregnancy and once more postpartum. She was instrumental in improving my pregnancy discomfort and prepping me for birth, and I'd highly recommend her to any pregnant person who's even a little scared about birth! Even though I birthed at the hospital and had an epidural, Dr. Beasley was able to explain the physiology of birth and the best positions for laboring and pushing while minimizing the risk of tearing and pain. Thank you Dr. Beasley <3

Dr Joni DiFonso is excellent - her first treatment helped to reduce my issues. I was able to get an appointment within a few days, too. I definitely recommend PPH.

So glad that I found Pittsburgh Pelvic Health! As a postpartum mom, I wanted to safely get back into running and working out. Dr. Sauve was so great to work with, and I felt like she really listened to my concerns and empowered me to achieve my goals. The exercises she gave me, as well as the appointments, were very manageable on a busy schedule with a baby. They also lead to noticeable results. I am feeling much more confident in myself now, too. Would highly recommend Pittsburgh Pelvic Health and Dr. Sauve to anyone!

I’ve been working with Dr. Beasley for nearly 3.5 years. She has supported me through marathon training and CrossFit, has helped me with pelvic floor issues prior to, during and after pregnancy, and has given me the confidence to pursue a VBAC for my upcoming delivery. She is so knowledgeable in the field of pelvic floor PT and is always participating in continuing education to better help her clients. I recommend her to anyone who is looking to improve their pelvic floor health—she is the best!

I am a very active person, I like to run, bike, lift, and ski. When I found out I was pregnant, I knew I wanted to do pelvic floor PT. My goal after birth was to be able resume all of my activities without having pain or urinary incontinence. A friend recommended Pittsburgh Pelvic Health and after reading all of the reviews, I knew I had to go here for PT. I worked with Dr. Sarina Beasley and she was fantastic! She listened to what my goals were and created a plan for me. I was able to go to the gym my entire pregnancy and worked the day before I gave birth. I contribute to why I felt so good during my pregnancy was because of the exercises I was given. At the end of my second trimester I had some SI pain and with Dr. Beasley’s suggestions my SI pain was not an issue. Not only did pelvic floor PT help me during my pregnancy, it also helped me during birth. I’m excited to continue working with Dr. Beasley in my fourth trimester. I am incredibly happy that I made the decision to work with Pittsburgh Pelvic Health. I HIGHLY recommend them and now I personally know why they have such rave reviews.

Dr. Sabrina was incredibly helpful for my 95 year old Mom. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, gentle, firm, professional, and able to take initial reluctance and lack of confidence that physical therapy would actually work, to a confident acknowledgement that great progress was made. In short, she graduated with a smile! Thank you Dr. Sabrina! You are amazing!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience at Pittsburgh Pelvic Health while preparing for my first baby! Dr. Beasley made everything incredibly easy to understand and approachable. She was pleasant to talk to, and the exercises she provided, combined with her thorough education, made me feel extremely prepared for labor and also eased the pain I was experiencing during pregnancy. I highly highly recommend Dr. Beasley to any new mother or anyone facing challenges during pregnancy. Her support and expertise truly made a difference. Thank you, Dr. Beasley!

Pittsburgh Pelvic Health is a business I recommend to anyone with Pelvic Floor health concerns. I worked with Kelly for 2 pregnancies and she was absolutely amazing! The work we did together and the pelvic floor exercises helped to prepare me for birth. Thank you for all you do!
