Pioneer Physicians Urgent Care

I absolutely love this place. We prefer to come here over our own PCPs. Every staff member from the front desk to the doctors are always kind, never rushed, and explain everything in full detail when it comes to treatment plans. I usually make my appointment online right before heading in so there’s not much of a wait. Test results are always quick as well. The staff here truly listen to your concerns and seem to really care about their patients. I highly recommend them!!

Pioneer Physicians urgent care, is super helpful, I've had to come here 3 times in a couple weeks for my oldest and I testing positive for strep to my younger testing for COVID, to the 3rd time my son having an unknown food allergy reaction. I can't remember the names of the doctors and team the first couple times but this evening Jessica, Ruby, and Dr Mazen were super fast and helpful with our situation. My kids love Ruby she's always so nice, Jessica was very helpful and relatable and Dr Mazen was very quick to tell and help what was happening with our son. God bless them and their team.

Had yet another great experience here .. the CCMA RYAN was awesome and very informative and had a great experience... And Dr Mazen was a dream and very informative and I felt heard.. Update: I woke up this morning feeling way better than ever it's amazing how an urgent care has been better than my general practitioner I can move freely and I have much more energy my back was in so much pain anyway it was closing time when I was leaving and I left my wallet. I came back here and was greeted by another wonderful lady at the front desk her name was MJ and she was able to give me my wallet.. in times like this when the world can seem dark and Grimm it is wonderful to know that humanity still exist thank you MJ thank you Ryan and doctor Mazen

Great clinic, walk ins welcome, no appointment needed.... they do DOT (department of transportation) physical test, HGBA1C Blood work test, Kidney function lab test and, primary care clearance letter if you don't have health insurance or primary care doctor. No appointment needed, walk ins welcome, you can also pay out of pocket if you don't have a health insurance. The staff is great, friendly and the primary doctors are very nice, polite, friendly and helpful. The doctor helped me with prescription discounted and coupons too. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn't have a health insurance, paying out of pocket, and needed a quick doctor visit.

I had a great experience at Urgent Care Pioneer. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from check-in to discharge. I didn’t feel rushed, and everything was explained clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the wait time was much shorter than expected. I truly appreciate the quality care and kindness shown—highly recommend this urgent care center!

Wonderful place! The hours are great and the service was just fabulous. We had Jessica, Liz and Deliah on our second visit (in 72 hours)—3 kids, you get the picture! The first one unfortunately I didn’t get their names, but just as wonderful! Highly highly recommend’

My experience with this office was extremely positive!!! They were expedient, pleasant and the facility was immaculate. Staff was knowledgeable and the doctor actually cured my issue instead of sending me to multiple places…this facility is able to take x rays, do blood work and expedite the answers to your health issues. They opened promptly and were ready to roll at 8:00am when I arrived as a walk in patient. LOVE THE DOCTOR I saw too!!! Highly recommend from this experience!!!

I have had multiple visits here over the last couple of years due to the fact that this place is pretty much always open and they always receive walk-ins. But from all the doctors and nurses I have encountered at this clinic I have had the best service and attention from this amazing duo. Dr. Sanoufa and nurse Dhalia. Nurse Dhalia is so sweet and amazing and she was very attentive, careful and proffessional with my kids. As a mom, that really goes a long way. She took her time and went along my daughters pace as she was afraid to take some tests, she made sure she was calm and put her at ease. And Dr. Sanoufa genuinely cares about your health and he listens to your concerns attentively. He is also very kind amd patient too. Thank you Dr. Sanoufa and nurse Dhalia for your attention and pleasant experience!

Pioneer Physicians has been my go to walk in for years! I bring my kids and myself here all the time and we have never had an issue. We’ve always felt well taken care of and seen. The staff, nurses and doctors are all incredibly kind! I’d recommend them to anybody! 10/10

One of greatest clinics I’ve ever went to. The staff are really great, very welcoming and helpful 😊. Doctor Mazen is the best doctor I have ever seen, he takes his time to listen carefully about your health concerns and make sure to answer every single question and as a patient I really appreciate that. Adding to that the staff are bilingual and that is wonderful👍.
