Iceland is our favorite country and has been for several years. When it came time to decide on a wedding location, we knew it would be there. We came across Pink Iceland and immediately loved their company culture and inclusivity; this is so important nowadays. We contacted them immediately and were connected with our planner, Heiðrún. Heiðrún built out a masterplan that we could plan and communicate with. We had several virtual meetings leading up to the events. She was excellent at capturing our vision and making it a reality. On the first day, Pink Iceland had a guide take us to Blue Lagoon, with a hilarious and informative explanation of Iceland on the way there. That evening, we were greeted at the docks in Reykjavik for a yacht ride, followed by dinner at Kopar. We were recommended and setup at Exeter Hotel which accommodated our wedding morning by reserving a private space. After hair and makeup, we were greeted by Sara from Pink Iceland and Kristin Maria for first look photos. We were then transported around the Aurora Basecamp, outside of Reykjavik, to take our amazing wedding photos. We were recommended Kristin Maria by Pink Iceland and we also recommend her to anyone else! After photos, we were taken to Aurora Basecamp where our guests were shuttled in and the ceremony began. The decor and arrangements of the domes were perfect and better than we imagined. It was an awesome night with our 50 guests, food, drinks, and dancing. Long months of planning plus professional expertise made Pink Iceland a great choice. You won't be disappointed.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Pink Iceland and our planner, Gloéy. They helped us plan the most magical wedding week imaginable — truly beyond anything we could have dreamed of. The Pink Iceland team exceeded our expectations and made our Icelandic wedding the trip of a lifetime for us, and our guests. Valdi was our planner and he will always hold a special place in our hearts. He was kind, patient, and a joy to be around. We were originally unsure if we wanted/needed a planner and Valdi absolutely proved how great of an idea it was to get one. Valdi and the Pink Iceland team are organized and efficient, perfectly blending wedding logistics with our personal tastes to ensure our Big Day was essentially a Pinterest board come to life. When the forecast showed a heavy downpour in our desired outdoor ceremony location, Valdi found an amazing indoor alternative that fit our style even better. When the Maid of Honor forgot her bouquet at the hotel, Valdi quite literally jumped into a ravine to make a new bouquet out of wildflowers (that actually looked better than the original bouquet)! During our photo shoot, Valdi made sure we were fed, hydrated and kept warm throughout the day. Not every couple can say that on their wedding day! It wasn’t just Valdi though. Our guide and officiant, Arni was also unbelievable, as was our driver, wedding assistants and everyone else we encountered at Pink Iceland! We felt stress-free and supported throughout the planning process and especially during our Wedding. As a former event planner - my wife’s stamp of approval is that she didn’t think of a single detail on our wedding day - timing, next step, logistics - none of it, because Valdi + team were SO on top of it, working seamlessly together. We’re so happy we hired Pink Iceland for our wedding!

Oh how incredibly grateful we are for Sara and Pink Iceland! My now husband and I always knew that we wanted to do a small, micro-wedding-style elopement. Iceland was a top contender, and so we came across Pink Iceland in our search. From our first introductory video call with Sara, we were 100% IN! The rest seemed meant to be: Sara planned and executed our dream wedding– a full and personalized 3-day tour– on Iceland’s south coast in the summer of 2025 for us and our 13 immediate family members. Our epic memories of that perfect trip and the most important moment of our lives will always fondly be intertwined with our love and respect for Sara! Sara has a comforting and clearly competent demeanor that comes across right off the bat, and a perfectly witty sense of humor as you get to know her. We threw some curveballs and somewhat difficult requests her way throughout the process– private dining space for our tiny party, making that space beautiful within our small decor budget, ideal locations with certain realistic parameters– and she made it all seem effortless. We were NEVER stressed, which was our whole original point of getting married this way! Sara took on every challenge with a smile and only really let us know it was ever a challenge at all once things were resolved. She had invaluable advice for us regarding the 3-day wedding tour itself; just one example being that we should invest in an incredible backup location just in case the weather was bad… which we DID end up having to use for our ceremony! And which was even more perfect than our original spot could have ever been, believe it or not. Sara never hesitated to tell us her real opinion, and we were so grateful for her transparency. Not only did she craft the perfect wedding tour for us and our immediate family, she helped us plan a pre-wedding trip the winter before, gave us a true treasure trove of bar and restaurant recommendations in Reykjavik, and booked us excursion tours and other activities unrelated to the wedding itself. We consider Sara the ultimate wedding planner we never could have dreamt up, and a friend for life. Of course, we're also incredibly grateful for the company she works for as a whole. Pink Iceland has an unbelievable amount of resources and connections in Iceland. When it came to choosing photographers, videographers, hair and makeup artists, florists, and even the guide for our 3-day wedding adventure, we were in the BEST hands with Pink. Through their extensive list, we chose Martin Kaco from Kaco Films as our videographer and Jane and Tony Iskra as our photographers. The experience of getting to know them on our wedding day and the subsequent work has blown our minds. Margret Magnus was the recommended hair and makeup artist, and Blómahönnun was the recommended florist/event decorator. Both professionals completely exceeded our expectations and made our dream vision for aesthetics come to life with hard work and artistry that seemed effortless. Our Pink-provided tour guide, Haffi, was a gem of a human. He was knowledgeable, kind, funny, and immensely patient. His care for our party and the experience we would have was touching. Again, we will always associate our most special life memories with these special people, thanks to Pink! If we could get married twice, we’d use Pink all over again. As it stands, we’re happy with every single detail of our wedding, and we’ll be back to visit our pals in Iceland soon.

We had the most perfect wedding thanks to Pink Iceland. We knew from the start we wanted a destination wedding, and when we saw the reviews for Pink Iceland we thought it was too good to be true. Turns out, they truly are the best!! We are so happy that we choose this team to plan and execute our wedding adventure. We started planning in early 2024 for our June 2025 wedding and were connected with Sara. Sara was amazing from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We live on the east coast of the US and even with the time difference we were able to communicate efficiently and effectively. Sara was reliable and honest and we were able to trust her with our vision and our plan. You can tell that she as well as the rest of the team loves what they do. We knew that when we asked our guests to come from the US to Iceland we wanted to make their trip easy, fun, and stress free. Pink Iceland made sure that not only we were taken care of, but our guests were as well. For our wedding we brought 70 guests to the south coast of Iceland and all of the details were thought of and taken care of. Some of our guests all said that this was the best wedding they had ever been to and many of them praised the Pink Iceland team. We were also connected with Haukur who helped us to arrange our travel plans before and after our wedding, and who organized activities for our guests before our wedding adventure. Haukur helped us to arrange these plans in a stress free, clear and organized way. Both Haukur and Sara were so flexible through the whole process and we appreciated their willingness to communicate directly with our guests for special arrangements. Sara arranged tours for all of our guests before and after the wedding as a way of transportation to our accommodations. We had personalized tours from Guðni and Árni and all of our guests were amazed at how awesome the tours were thanks to them. I highly recommend if you have a larger group to do these tours - everyone enjoyed learning about Iceland and stopping at some of the best spots with these guides. Overall, hire Pink Iceland! We couldn't recommend them more. They truly think of everything and we had the best wedding ever thanks to Sara, Haukur, Guðni, Árni and the rest of the Pink Iceland team! We were able to thoroughly enjoy our wedding thanks to them. 10000000000000 stars!

I highly suggest using Pink Iceland for your wedding. Living in New York we had visited Iceland a few times and thought we could plan the destination wedding ourselves- boy were we wrong! From the start, Hannes and the Pink Iceland team were warm and welcoming. Their presence immediately put us at ease with all of the loose pieces we had planned and they were able to put them together and leave us with very low stress, allowing us to focus on each other on our day. Not only were they incredibly accommodating in making our day exactly what we wanted but they also were able to provide Pink Iceland discounts at certain hotels and for certain vendors. They are so knowledgeable about Iceland but also support small and local businesses in the town or city that you plan your wedding in. For example the beers we got for our bus ride were from a women owned brewery in Iceland. If you want your wedding done the right way, the way you and Iceland want, then Pink Iceland is most definitely who you should be planning your wedding with.

Two years ago we set out to start planning an international wedding in Iceland and realized we would need a bit of help. From the first conversation with Valdi of going over budgets and what kind of vision we had for the wedding, we knew we would be in good hands. Valdi took our thoughts and ran with it, making everything 1000% better than I ever could have imagined! He was so organized and thorough with going through details leading up to the wedding that I did not have any stress the entire time we were there. My husband and I used Pink Iceland for our May 2025 wedding and everything was perfect! Pink Iceland really thought of everything, including having blankets for our guests during the outdoor ceremony. The BBQ picnic was great and all the staff were so attentive to our guests. I also can't praise Valdi enough for making our day special. Our original wedding planner was unable to be there for our wedding, so Valdi stepped in and we were so happy he was there. He was so fun and made everyone laugh. He made my husband and I to-go food plates so we can eat in the car on the way to our photo spots, he carried a coat for me so I can put it on after photos since it was freezing, and he made sure we were having the best day. We truly can't thank him enough for everything! Overall, it was a great experience and we couldn't have been happier!
