'A perfect elopement on top of a glacier
When my husband and I were considering eloping in Iceland, we asked some friends in Iceland and they unequivocally recommended Pink Iceland. Although we consider ourselves pretty organized, we thought it would be difficult to organize a wedding in Iceland from the New York City area. We then had our consultation with Glóey and knew immediately that it was a perfect fit. She had a warm energy to her that made it clear that she truly cared about creating a perfect day for us.
From start to finish, Glóey made sure that the entire process was seamless. We told her we wanted to get married somewhere unique and breathtaking. Keeping in mind that our wedding date was in February, Glóey suggested Sólheimajökull glacier which hadn’t yet been used for a wedding. We fell in love with the pictures and confirmed the location, so we then focused on the day-of details such as where to stay and our post-wedding picnic. Glóey was instrumental and building a well-organized wedding weekend filled with small personal details that helped make our day absolutely magical.
