I moved into this apartment a year ago and it has been a delightful experience living here. The management and maintenance team are remarkably efficient, promptly addressing any concerns that arise. The ambiance of the building is tranquil, complemented by the warm and sociable neighbors. The attentiveness to detail extends to the building's exterior as well; the parking lot and pathways are swiftly cleared following snowfall, ensuring ease of movement. Additionally, the laundry facilities are notably convenient, shared between only four units, which practically eliminates waiting times. While there is a charge for heating, the building's excellent insulation mitigates the cost, making the bills quite reasonable. Based on my positive experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to a friend seeking a comfortable and welcoming living environment.

Building is well managed. Since new owners have taken over, lots of incentives have been offered for tenants. Suites are renovated and well maintained. Efficient communication via Building Stack app. Any issues are resolved promptly and buildings are kept super clean. Yard is maintained both in winter and summer. Quiet neighbourhood with easy access to walking trails as well as right across from Service Centre (gym complex). Dog park within close walking distance. Buildings are pet friendly. Easy access to Anthony Henday.
