All the processes of obtaining this building was simple, and quickly accomplished. From the planning and ordering stages. To the financing process. Everything fliwed smoothly and evenly. Once I was complete on the pad and gave notice the site was ready, the call for install was about two weeks. The quality of the materials and the crew installing the building is of good standard. I would buy again and have and will recommend this plan and process to quickly obtain a building. Thanks to Ascential Buildings, Five Star Metal Buildings and their install crew. I am very pleased with all their services.

6+ plus months and 3 trips to repair the issues and this is what my building looks like, along with multiple other issues. I have given them multiple chances to fix the issues and they have failed every single time. Would just like to add that after multiple attempts to communicate with Ascential they have failed to respond every single time. At this point I’m left with no other option but to pursue legal action to get my money back. Finally received a response that basically told me I haven’t been patient, even though I have waited 170+ days for the repairs to be completed correctly, and to call the manufacturer myself. Geoff also stated that his opinion of the craftsmanship of someone else’s work is “arbitrary”, and that he took my complaint as rhetorical. He further stated that some of my pictures were “way too closeup”. I guess I should have taken them from 20 feet away so you can’t see the issue… Ascential has since stopped communicating at all after this response, and have left me with no choice but to take legal action against them to recover my money.

Geoff was very helpful with showing is the different types of buildings and explaining the differences and getting us started on the website with the first draft of our shed. After making updates ourselves, we completed the sale and Geoff/Ascential Buildings was great at communicating with us throughout the process, up to and even after the delivery to confirm that everything went well. I definitely recommend them if you're in the market for a shed!

We just purchased our second building from Geoff...and once again our experience far exceeded all expectations! Geoff always goes the extra mile, and makes the whole process smooth, easy, and pleasant! We are definitely customers for life!

I purchased a custom metal shed and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I made countless changes and Ascential was patient with me throughout the entire process. They even helped me find a local company for the site prep. I was kept informed about the progress the entire time. The installers did a phenomenal job and it turned out much better than I expected. I'm definitely working with these guys on my next metal building project.

I bought my building from Geoff at Pineview I Christiansburg VA. He was very helpful though the process. I chose to design my own with the software on there website. Geoff was able to get last minute changes done, spray insulation was done on the bottom, well worth the cost. I will definitely be getting another one in the coming year for my business. The delivery driver Charlie was amazing as well. Thanks for an awesome job.

Tina Catron is the epitome of professionalism. She listened to our wants and needs and we were extremely pleased. Would definitely recommend Tina to anyone in the market for a building.

We got not one but two sheds! One was my she shed with the custom raised porch and railings and 2 lofts. The 2nd is the "he" shed- a home for the lawnmower! Delivery and set up went well with one of two hiccups that were promptly taken care of. Response to inquiries was fast- complete with follow ups to see if we were happy!

Building was exactly as ordered. We could not be happier with it. Delivered went great. The delivery guy took the time necessary to be sure everything was correct. I highly recommend buying a building from here
