Tina C. Was absolutely amazing. Very professional from the initial sale of the building and followed up until delivery and completion. The delivery was excellent and would highly recommend this group. Amazing job!!!

All the processes of obtaining this building was simple, and quickly accomplished. From the planning and ordering stages. To the financing process. Everything fliwed smoothly and evenly. Once I was complete on the pad and gave notice the site was ready, the call for install was about two weeks. The quality of the materials and the crew installing the building is of good standard. I would buy again and have and will recommend this plan and process to quickly obtain a building. Thanks to Ascential Buildings, Five Star Metal Buildings and their install crew. I am very pleased with all their services.

Geoff was the perfect person to help us. He gave us time to look around first and then checked to see if we had any questions. He was not at all pushy and let us know if something was an additional charge and the amount. He came and surveyed the placement site and made suggestions. We are looking forward to seeing the final product and already have other projects in mind. Geoff was very enjoyable to work with!

We would highly recommend working with Tina at Ascential Buildings. She really listened to what we wanted and gave us ideas of how to design the outbuilding we needed while keeping costs in our price range. She wasn’t pushy, and I never felt like she was trying to upsell us. She was really patient with us changing some of the features a few times to get exactly what we wanted. She was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable about the construction, materials, and requirements for building.

Worked with Geoff to buy a custom 3 section building. He took his time explaining the process thoroughly and provided all of the information for us to make an informed decision. He is not a high pressure salesman and wanted to make sure we were happy. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Geoff was very helpful with showing is the different types of buildings and explaining the differences and getting us started on the website with the first draft of our shed. After making updates ourselves, we completed the sale and Geoff/Ascential Buildings was great at communicating with us throughout the process, up to and even after the delivery to confirm that everything went well. I definitely recommend them if you're in the market for a shed!

6+ plus months and 3 trips to repair the issues and this is what my building looks like, along with multiple other issues. I have given them multiple chances to fix the issues and they have failed every single time. Would just like to add that after multiple attempts to communicate with Ascential they have failed to respond every single time. At this point I’m left with no other option but to pursue legal action to get my money back. Finally received a response that basically told me I haven’t been patient, even though I have waited 170+ days for the repairs to be completed correctly, and to call the manufacturer myself. Geoff also stated that his opinion of the craftsmanship of someone else’s work is “arbitrary”, and that he took my complaint as rhetorical. He further stated that some of my pictures were “way too closeup”. I guess I should have taken them from 20 feet away so you can’t see the issue… Ascential has since stopped communicating at all after this response, and have left me with no choice but to take legal action against them to recover my money.

We just purchased our second building from Geoff...and once again our experience far exceeded all expectations! Geoff always goes the extra mile, and makes the whole process smooth, easy, and pleasant! We are definitely customers for life!

Tina is great in listening to what we want with our building. Shes offered ideas and suggestions to help us meet our goals for the perfect building for our space. She’s made this process easy!

Geoff was amazing to work with! Highly recommend. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions and assist with any concerns. Delivery was easy and the driver also did an AMAZING job in the weather conditions!
