IF THEY OFFER YOU APARTMENT D-3 DO NOT TAKE IT. READ BELOW. THIS IS A WARNING TO EVERYONE. Living at the Pinecrest had been mostly amazing. Most of the people I've met have been absolutely amazing. Danny the property manager is awesome and does a lot and gets things done. Rents about the price I'd expect to pay for a small town, secluded area that's quiet. Rents been increased, but expected. Parking is great, garages have adequate storage space. Since it's on top of a hill, it's very quiet and peaceful most of the time. Now here's the bad part and the reason for the 1 star. My downstairs neighbors are atrocious. Sneezing at 1am? Expect loud banging noises on their ceiling/your floor as if you just dropped a piano on the floor. During the day? Expect constant banging noises again. They've put in so many noise complaints over stupid shit when they're doing 10 times worse. Management doesn't and won't do anything about it. We are the 2nd tenant to move out due to these issues with the neighbors being ridiculous in the past 3 years. Yikes. They also scream and yell during the day way worse than any noises we make. I've literally sat in complete dark and silence and they are just banging on the walls and floor, rattling my room. Once again actual management won't do anything except offer a more expensive unit for us to move into. We have to be penalized for terrible downstairs neighbors acting unreasonable. It got so bad, I spent 3-4 days away from my apartment to live in peace and pay $2100 in rent for a 2 small br/1 bath and a small kitchen. So don't expect to listen to music or TV at a normal sound. Expect to have to use headphones for everything. Expect to have to take phone calls outside. I am paying 2100 for a storage room at this point. If they offer you Apartment D-3, DO NOT TAKE IT. YOU WILL REGRET IT. You may be reading this very skeptical and think I'm being dramatic. Once again, we are very quiet. We don't even watch TV or listen to anything now without using headphones or keeping the volume low and subtitles on. We have be patient and reasonable. Management has even told us we are being awesome about the situation, but it took them over 6 months to even address the issues and then just shrugged and said they can't do anything. I've been told that the neighbors downstairs have been causing extension damage to the ceiling, destroying the property and Management still shrugs and refuses to do anything.

I moved into Pine Crest in April and have had nothing but a positive experience. Very quiet, beautifully kept grounds, and friendly community. Mike G., the property manager has been excellent! Have had a few issues, but he responds quickly and follows up to make sure everything has been resolved. So happy I made the decision to move into Pine Crest.

I lived in Pine Crest for 3 years. Loved it! So nice and peaceful. Great neighbors. The Super Mike is the best. Always pleasant and helpful. The grounds are kept so nice. Love all the flowers in the spring. The office staff are also so pleasant. Would recommend Pine Crest to anyone moving to Hunterdon County. ☺️

I have been at Pinecrest for about 7 years. I am super grateful to live in such a peaceful area. Mike, the property manager is great and gets to things in a very timely manner. He does a fantastic job with helping everyone when it is needed. I am super grateful for Mike and everything he does on our property!

Worst place been too, application process denied even with a 780 credit score. Wants us to use a “third party” co-signer and pay a non-refundable month and half rent. Do not recommend

I came to stay with my mom after a hospital stay. Myself and my siblings wanted her to move to a more accessible complex; however, mom loves it there. Her living room is very spacious, great size bedroom, bath and kitchen are very tiny, but mom is in her 80's, and very content. There are quite a few stairs, which she manages. She has awesome neighbors upstairs that check on her.

After visiting a family member, I was able to get a good luck at one of the two bedroom apartments. The kitchen is a bit on the small side, with a laundry room setup inside a closet in the kitchen. There is a small dining area right off the kitchen. The living room is is large enough to setup a full sized sofa and a large TV. The bedroom sizes are average sized. There is baseboard heat with a thermostat on the wall. Window A/C units are used to cool the apartment off. There is lower apartment and an upper apartment, with a garage on the street level. The apartments and grounds appear to be very well maintained.

Friendly place to live and very nice location as well! Mike, the resident manager, has always been very helpful with any issues that I have had. Over a year now at this residence and I am glad I chose Pine Crest.

A beautiful peaceful location to live in Milford. Clean, family friendly and management is on top of the property. I have loved our 6 years living here and have made great friends!
