This is the second time I’ve used Pillar To Post Home Inspectors for my clients, and once again, they went above and beyond! From scheduling the appointment to confirmations and follow-ups, their communication and professionalism were outstanding every step of the way. Chris Spence was our home inspector, and he took his time to thoroughly inspect the property. His attention to detail stood out. After the inspection, he reviewed all the key bullet points with us, took additional photos as needed, and made sure we fully understood everything. He also provided a organized, full-color printed report in a well designed binder, along with a digital copy emailed to both my client and I. That extra touch makes such a difference! I will absolutely continue using their services whenever I have a listing in the Salinas/Monterey County area. Highly recommend!

Andrew and Julian did a fantastic job thoroughly detailing every aspect of the house. They did this on a cold, rainy day which was useful for identifying potential leaks. They explained all their findings. This is what I had hoped for as I was not impressed by the Ready for Marklet inspection provided by the Seller's Realtor.

From the warm reception making, changing, then changing back inspection appointment, I was treated with courtesy and understanding. This was a large property with multiple buildings on site. Pillar to Post Team were timely, professional, respectful of the homeowner and took their time during the inspection. Reports were in by end of day.
