This is the second time I’ve used Pillar To Post Home Inspectors for my clients, and once again, they went above and beyond! From scheduling the appointment to confirmations and follow-ups, their communication and professionalism were outstanding every step of the way. Chris Spence was our home inspector, and he took his time to thoroughly inspect the property. His attention to detail stood out. After the inspection, he reviewed all the key bullet points with us, took additional photos as needed, and made sure we fully understood everything. He also provided a organized, full-color printed report in a well designed binder, along with a digital copy emailed to both my client and I. That extra touch makes such a difference!
