I have finally found a mechanic shop in the area that I trust and will definitely go to in the future!! Matt is an attentive, informative and HONEST owner. I had a handful of questions and Matt explained every single detail that I needed to know during my repairs! He helped me decide what I needed immediately, what I didn’t need quite yet, he also suggested some preventative repairs to do now, that will definitely help me cut labor costs in the future! His communication was outstanding, I don’t live close so this was really important to me. Matt also has a texting option that sends you an invoice with details about all the suggested repairs, and you simply check yes or no🤘 it was nice because it gave me a chance to absorb all the information and look it over, versus just an earful! Ben did the work on my truck, and also helped explain a lot of stuff to me. Super knowledgeable and answered plenty of questions! I had a clutch replaced, all my brakes, U- joint and a couple front axles, and he nailed it! Everything was super clean & super smooth, very well done!! I bought this truck 4 years ago and it’s never run better! The best part was my super sticky middle console was all of a sudden fixed😆 so now I can actually use it, Thanks Ben! Little things like that make me want to go back👍 Thanks Pillar Automotive, hope to see another location up the hill!!

I recently took my car to Pillars Automotive mainly due to the high ratings and comments left by others. I had also called in other shops to get a price quote for a full diagnostics for a check engine light, and Pillar Automotive had the better pricing! After talking with Matt over the phone and in person, I felt confident that I was in good hands, and that I wouldnt be ripped off like I have been in the past. After they ran their diagnostics, Matt and Derek went over with me on what was wrong with my car and explain the issues in a manner that I could understand. What I really appreciate is how they were able to locate the root cause of my car's problems so I wouldn't have these issues later down the road, and how knowledgeable, enthusiastic and caring both Matt and Derek were through out this whole process. Both are very genuine and honest people, which is a nice change to see as you don't get that as much these days. Matt helped me out with a discount for first time services and vet/first responder, truly much appreciated! I highly recommend this shop for any car issues! I won't let anyone else touch my car except Derek and Matt! Thank you guys again for the hard work, I really appreciate the service and honesty and the overall experience you guys created over there. More shops should follow in your steps!
