Pilates Hub is pilates fitness studio we provide best pilates classes with our professional certified trainer's our goal is to give good fitness to all with our pilates classes. We follow Stott Pilates, through a series of precise, controlled movements and coordination of all the muscles group (includes inner muscles), strengthening, flexibility, working on posture, tones the muscles, pilates is for overall body workout and ultimate mindful training for stress and anxiety relief through breathing exercise which is one of our basic principles. Equipment are Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Swedish Ladder, Arc Barrel, Ladder Barrel, RIP 60, and so on. Our working hours from Monday to Saturday from (6 AM to 9 PM)

I’ve really enjoyed training at this Pilates studio. The small class sizes mean the trainers can give you a lot of personal attention, which makes a big difference. The instructors are excellent — they know their stuff and push you just the right amount. It’s got a focused, no-frills vibe that works well if you’re serious about getting stronger and more mobile. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to add Pilates to their routine.

I was so curious & hesitant about Pilates, but this place really changed it for me. I recently renewed my classes & took a 3 month package. That clearly shows how effective i find the classes to be. Lakshmesh is my trainer here & he’s just too good as a trainer. So motivational & corrects my posture even in a group class. We have never really repeated workouts too much which keeps things interesting & I can see a huge difference in my posture and core strength. It also really taught me the importance of breathing properly through workouts, limiting my injury both here and at my gym workouts. The class isn’t over crowded & trainers give enough attention here to each person. You are also surrounded by people who clearly love Pilates or are newly exploring - so it feels like a healthy mix. If you have any injuries - they have a keen eye to ensure you workout safely and give you stretches to help you over time. I love all of this about this place. My plank timings have improved tremendously and so has my muscle strength - in fact even more than my gym efforts & I really look forward to my training days here. Highly recommend!
