Pilates Hub is pilates fitness studio we provide best pilates classes with our professional certified trainer's our goal is to give good fitness to all with our pilates classes. We follow Stott Pilates, through a series of precise, controlled movements and coordination of all the muscles group (includes inner muscles), strengthening, flexibility, working on posture, tones the muscles, pilates is for overall body workout and ultimate mindful training for stress and anxiety relief through breathing exercise which is one of our basic principles.
Equipment are Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Swedish Ladder, Arc Barrel, Ladder Barrel, RIP 60, and so on.
Our working hours from Monday to Saturday from (6 AM to 9 PM)
