I used these guys for my workers comp case, based on the good reviews. It was a huge mistake! They refuse to fight for a fair settlement. They offered bad legal advice, very bad communication, will not reply to emails or phone messages (no direct line, goes through a ln answering service). I go in to the office and my attorney refuses to talk, the receptionist is the only contact and she has zero clue what's going on with my case. I've been fighting for over 2 years now, finally I accepted a low ball offer that Mr Pignatelli said was "fair". It didn't cover all my loss wages, any pain and suffering, and due to bad legal advice, a lot of my bills went to collections (which the paralegal at the time told me I'd easily recoup in the settlement LIES!). It has now been 2 months since I have signed the settlement agreement, and still waiting. I was initially told up to 30 days. No one will answer my questions as to what the hold up is, but I did get confirmation that the agreement was "approved". Then was told it takes in out a month. So I asked when it was approved, she had no clue, said it take a week or two to get the check in the mail (should not take that long to be mailed), and then another week or two to clear once the check has been deposited (again should not take that long). So I have no clue if and/or when I'll get paid. I will NEVER use these guys again and will NEVER recommend to anyone!

Mr. Pignatelli & Mr. Gosnell really help me out with my car accident after I got rear ended at a stop light.. The at fault driver's insurance company was literally going to give me nothing for the damages and my hospital bills, which was ridiculous, since the total damages amounted to over $25,000. Luckily Pigatelli Law helped me get everything sorted out and the compensation. The settlement took a while but with how unwilling the driver and their insurance was from the very start, I wasn't really surprised. Definitely a huge help hiring the firm, I wouldn't have gotten anything if I didn't.

My work comp case is over 3 years old. It is impossible to see an attorney face to face. Don't expect any phone conversations either. The only communication you'll receive from this firm is emails and that's " when" if "ever" they decide to respond. They really don't fight for you.. they take the easy road. I do Not recommend this firm for any legal issues you have.

My husband had an appointment with them which they failed to honour. He called them many times they said they would call him back to discuss the ticket and furthermore gave him another appointment. They once again didn’t honour their appointment, my husband called again and again and again… all they did was tell him they’d call him back which they failed to do so. I wouldn’t recommend them, absolutely garbage firm.

Stay away from this firm,they just waste your time I stopped by them for my ticket, they gave me the appointment after couple days, they failed to call me on the appointment time/date.i called them to check up why they didnt call me,they took my information again over the phone and they told me that we will call you back (Deneka will call you).they failed to call again, I called again they took my informations over and over again and they failed to call me PERIOD. DO NOT GO THERE.

I was told 3 months ago if i settled that they would hold back 40 percent and send me a check for 24,000 the rest after lien hearings.Now they wont even answer messages!Then they try to say it was never said and its up to defendants lawyers to do lien hearings.They wont even call defendants lawyers ..So i have now got the e form from the illinois bar association and am filing a formal complaint.Im not the only one this is happening to either.BEWARE!.

I am truly grateful that I chose this law firm when looking on Google for a personal injury attorney. I had no idea what to do after I was in a car accident and the other driver tried to pin everything on me when it was clearly their fault. Pignatelli and Associates help me prove my innocence and made sure all my medical bills where taken care of by the insurance. They really did put a lot of care into my case. I highly recommend this law firm.

Been waiting for 2 years now for an update on a case where my son was bit by a dog. I call and email and get no answers. The original attorney working the case apparently is no longer with this firm but their communication is so bad that I had no idea she was gone and was still sending her emails looking for updates. Finally got the email address of the new attorney on the case and haven’t heard back at all and when I call they just tell me she will respond when she has time.

The lawyers here were very knowledgeable and they helped me with every step! I didn't know if I had a case and they were very honest with me and got me a nice settlement! I highly recommend them! <3

He let me know what to expect and the communication put me at ease throughout the process.
