On July 21, Piedmont Press gathered with Virginia First Lady Pamela Northam, FRESH - Fauquier Reaches for Excellence in School Health , PATH Foundation, and other community individuals and organizations at the community picnic and grand opening of BOB’s Place and The Storywalk, located at Brumfield Elementary School.
After receiving recognition for our role in the production of The Storywalk and vinyl wrapping BOB, staff members Samantha, Bob, Olivia, and Dustin enjoyed a meet-and-greet and photo opportunity with Virginia First Lady Pamela Northam, who cut the ribbon, officially opening BOB’s place as a play place and reading space for community members.
While touring the complete Storywalk for themselves, the staff visited the tents of several organizations, where Bob, Dustin, and Olivia met a friendly snake. Samantha happily kept her distance, but enjoyed learning about the animal with the others.
We truly love what we do. We love our customers, we love our projects. But our favorite part of it all is using our talents for bettering our community, one project at a time!
