An absolutely phenomenal experience! Due to bad weather, we had to reschedule a few times and the way this company handled it was truly impressive. They were proactive, communicative, and incredibly accommodating, turning what could have been a disappointment into a seamless process. When we finally flew, everything was perfect - the ride was smooth, peaceful, and unforgettable. Such a breathtaking experience soaring over the city of Melbourne! From the early morning start to the smooth landing, everything was perfectly organized and run with professionalism. Watching the sun rise over the skyline and iconic landmarks like the MCG, Rod Laver Arena, St Patrick’s Cathedral and Carlton Gardens with the museum was simply magical. The pilot, John and ground crew Ando were friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel safe and relaxed. Floating silently over Melbourne as the city woke up beneath us was a truly surreal and unforgettable moment. To top it off, the photos and video they provided afterward were amazing and beautifully captured the entire experience. The quality was fantastic and allowed us to relive the experience all over again. This is a must-do experience for locals and visitors alike - an incredible way to see Melbourne from a whole new perspective. Highly recommended!

What an incredible experience we had this morning. Flying high over Melbourne with Viktor at the helm. Viktor’s experience and expertise were exceptional but his sense of humour was even better. The banter he and Ryan had with each other (and us) put us all at ease and set the mood for a really fun morning. Definitely will be telling everyone I know to experience a balloon flight with Picture This!!

What a truly wonderful experience! Felt so safe with Viktor and Peter - they were so knowledgable and it was clear that they are both passionate about ballooning. My husband originally booked this flight for a few weeks ago as a surprise, but due to the fires, it was rightfully cancelled. Picture This let us know well in advance and it was so easy to reschedule. Highly recommend booking a trip through this company - thanks again!

⭐️ An unforgettable way to start the day ⭐️ Hot air ballooning is an absolute must-do! Our pilot, Dom, was incredibly skilled and clearly passionate about what he does. He took the time to explain everything, answered all our questions, and made us feel completely comfortable and safe throughout the entire flight. Riley on the ground crew was both entertaining and informative, making the whole experience feel relaxed and fun. Learning how the team tracks weather conditions to choose the launch site, and even estimate where we might land, was fascinating and really highlighted their strong commitment to safety. Not knowing exactly where we’d touch down added an extra layer of adventure. Watching the sunrise from the balloon was absolutely breathtaking. Drifting through the sky as the sun came up felt peaceful, exhilarating, and genuinely magical. This is an experience I’d recommend to anyone without hesitation.

I proposed to my fiancé on the hot air balloon and Picture this Ballooning helped make it an extra special day. Tracy was very patient during our correspondences and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Dom reached out prior to talk through the plan for the day and went all out to make sure we had a great time. Jason was also very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We appreciate all the effort they put into making this a memorable day. This included upgrading up to flying over Melbourne instead of Yarra Valley without extra expense, giving us better weather and allowing us to experience the stunning views over the city. We would highly recommend checking them out.

We had an amazing time with this company. Dom was our pilot for Valentine’s Day morning, and Brandon (or Brayden? I may have forgotten the name) the man on the ground - thank you both for making this such a great time. We would highly recommend them both. Dom was fun, lively and professional. He's a fantastic pilot, and is great at explaining all the ins and outs of air ballooning, clear with instructions and instilled a lot of confidence at every step. We had an awesome experience, thank you! I am very surprised to see so many negative reviews regarding matters that are very clearly stated in the companies T&Cs. I would suggest having a read before buying your tickets, as they have very thorough information. We did help with packing away the balloon, I don’t particularly understand the complaints about taking part in this. It was entertaining teamwork - it wasn’t strenuous, and in no way were we forced to do so if we didn’t want to, or if we had any injuries etc. There was nothing about this experience I would change, it was perfect. Thank you for having us!
