I had a great experience with Shane Dillard from Pickens Pest Control. Shane was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully inspect the property, explain what he was doing, and walk me through the treatment plan in a clear and reassuring way. I really appreciated how thorough he was and how patiently he answered all of my questions. The service was efficient but never rushed, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about doing the job right. I feel much more confident knowing my pest issues were handled properly. Highly recommend Shane and Pickens Pest Control to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality pest control service.
