Very unprofessional. I got my carpet and woolen clothes dry cleaned but they all shrunk. And rather than taking responsibility for that they called and blamed me that I might have gained weight. Way to go! How did the carpet shrink? Not even refunding the money or apologizing for a lousy work.

These are unprofessional and damage my all clothes. Don’t use the service from this business
