The technician (Kyle) who fixed our solar system is a well-trained technician. He explained well the worked he had done. I'm happy with his work. Any question I asked it was answered right away in detail.

Kevin and the team did a great job with our solar and battery installation. The end result was very clean and tidy and everything is working as expected. The monitoring software is particularly informative and I look at it no less than a dozen times a day. Kevin was very professional to deal with the whole way through and very knowledgeable. Thank you Pica Electrical for showing me the problems with the installation of my solar batteries that I had be trying to rectify for 18 months and for correcting the problem. It was worth everything I paid for it. I have now gone from a setup where the battery was being charged from the grid to my solar panels charging both the house and the battery and sending power to the grid. No power is coming from the grid at all. It is such a relief. I only wish you had installed the system in the first place. Your electricians are personable, knowledgeable and very competent. They explained everything to me in language I could understand. They sent me a quote quickly and once I had accepted the quote and paid the deposit, they were on the job doing the work within a few days. This was so refreshing after the unfulfilled promises and waiting from the company from whom I had purchased the batteries. Thank you Pic Electrical I will definitely be using your services again.

From the very first time of contacting the company to report a fault with our inverter, the response from Kevin and his team has been exemplary, with the process of obtaining quotations and early delivery of services of the highest standard. Also very impressed with the quality of electrical work and the friendly and helpful onsite advisings undertaken by his electricians in replacing the faulty inverter as well as the identified repairs to the solar panel array.
