What a very efficient company. My Solar was down and with an EV this wasn't good. With ONE phone call, the problem was diagnosed over the phone, costs discussion had, appointment for a review and replacement scheduled. On the day the guys arrived on the dot and I left them to it. I received a detailed report, multiple photographs of panels opened, cable connections and the like during the day. The whole exercise was completed by lunch. You wouldn't have known they had been. I will use again for anything at all related to my Solar system.

Pica Electrical were genuinely very good. Prompt, responsive, took control of the issues with 3rd parties and worked with us in an effort to complete the works as soon as possible. At a time where customer service seems to be a lost art, Pica were proactive and engaged in person letting us know where things stood and the next steps.

We struggled to get any response from local electricians re our solar problems. I found only good reviews re pica electrical so gave them a call and found them extremely helpful and pleasant. The workers were punctual good work ethic polite and explained everything clearly.

I had a dishwasher that had to be hardwired & I called Pica after some google search. Zubin was very thorough in asking questions & had requested that I send through photos of the wires, the site, the dishwasher model & the powerbox so that they could determine what needs to be done. He then provided a very reasonable quote & the electrician attended to the job the next day. No fuss, no gimmicks & no call out fee for discovery + 1 more trip to do the job like some other tradies. Highly recommended.
