⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with our solar and battery installation from start to finish. The team used our actual electricity usage data to work out the sweet spot for the size of the system, rather than simply recommending the biggest system possible. They were also very responsive and transparent whenever I had questions. The installation team communicated well throughout the process and kept me informed of any issues. I was particularly impressed with how they handled our roof tiles. Quite a few tiles broke during installation, and because our tiles have been discontinued, they went the extra mile and sought advice from a roof tiler to find the best solution and made sure everything was properly taken care of. Most importantly, the end result has been excellent. So far, the system is reducing our monthly electricity bills by around two-thirds, and at the current rate I expect it to pay for itself within approximately 5–6 years. Very happy with both the service and the outcome and would happily recommend Pica.

Great experience in having existing solar and battery system reconfigured and upgraded in size. Kevin was prompt in responding and quoting along with expert design of system to maximise it's performance and capacity. Kyle took the lead on the install and communicated extremely well, got the job done and did it well and cleaned up afterwards. Kyle kept me up to date on when he would be there, what was happening as weather was being a challenge during install. Highly recommend PICA Electrical and the team.

Outstanding service from Pica Electrical. They did a fabulous job installing landscape lighting on driveway and gardens, with a real eye for detail. I had a Tesla wall connecter installed to my home and had the pleasure dealing with Zubin and his team and they were phenomenal. Super fast and efficient, incredibly transparent and professional with honest advice and guidance throughout the whole process. They even provided advice on how to keep costs low but still maximise efficiencies that catered to my needs, rarely do I meet people that go over and beyond with advice like that. The guys at Pica Electrical were great. From my call to enquire if they can remove our old solar panels to prividing the quote and then actually doing the job. They removed and disposed the old solar panels and made sure to leave the property clean and tidy. Great service!
