Pica Electrical replied to my queries, when no one else would. Provided a prompt, efficient and effectively priced quotation for the replacement of a faulty inverter. Work completed on time and left the site clean and followed up with a report (with photos) of what was done and the warranty for the work covered.

After my solar system failed I chose Pica Electrical based on reviews, as my usual solar provider no longer operates. Initial enquires were promptly responded to, and the subsequent inspection/rectification work was carried out efficiently by a competent and friendly employee. Two appointments made and they turned up within the appointed time. Would recommend on service so far.

We had quite an aged and intermittently failing electrical grid at my elderly parents place, which required a significant overhaul. The team at Pica Electrical were great - transparent and upfront on the requirements and quoted costs involved to do the overhaul the right way. They took time to review & explain the work needed to my folks, and quoted & communicated the job thoughtfully and clearly. Other sparkies we engaged to give us a draft work schedule provided only a ballpark figure (which was very expensive comparatively!), and also gave vague non-committal timelines on when they could commence/complete the work. I can strongly recommend the Pica team for their customer-service, professionalism, strong communication and quality outcomes of their work.

Kevin and the team have done some amazing work for me. New Solar system, new battery plus smart home lighting all around the house. They are extremly professional and would not leave the site until the job was done and everything was in working condition.. Great crew
