Thank you Pica Electrical for showing me the problems with the installation of my solar batteries that I had be trying to rectify for 18 months and for correcting the problem. It was worth everything I paid for it. I have now gone from a setup where the battery was being charged from the grid to my solar panels charging both the house and the battery and sending power to the grid. No power is coming from the grid at all. It is such a relief. I only wish you had installed the system in the first place. Your electricians are personable, knowledgeable and very competent. They explained everything to me in language I could understand. They sent me a quote quickly and once I had accepted the quote and paid the deposit, they were on the job doing the work within a few days. Pica Electrical replied to my queries, when no one else would. Provided a prompt, efficient and effectively priced quotation for the replacement of a faulty inverter. Work completed on time and left the site clean and followed up with a report (with photos) of what was done and the warranty for the work covered.

We had quite an aged and intermittently failing electrical grid at my elderly parents place, which required a significant overhaul. The team at Pica Electrical were great - transparent and upfront on the requirements and quoted costs involved to do the overhaul the right way. They took time to review & explain the work needed to my folks, and quoted & communicated the job thoughtfully and clearly. Other sparkies we engaged to give us a draft work schedule provided only a ballpark figure (which was very expensive comparatively!), and also gave vague non-committal timelines on when they could commence/complete the work.
