Hi, I’m Kevin Balen, Director of Pica Electrical.
Alongside my brother Zubin and sister Ivanna, we run this family business right here in Sydney’s beautiful Northern Beaches. Together, we’ve built a reputation for delivering high-quality electrical work to homes and businesses across the Sydney area — and I want to share a bit about how we got here.
How We Got Our Spark
Starting Pica Electrical wasn’t just a business decision for me — it was born from a genuine passion. I’ve always been fascinated by how things work, especially when it comes to home automation and smart technology. Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of supervising and working on more than 500+ small to large home renovation projects with my team, and everyone has taught me something new.
While I focus on managing the team and handling the tech side, my brother Zubin keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes, managing inquiries and the business processes. Ivanna leads our business development, building strong connections with local builders and expanding our reach across the Northern Beaches, North Shore, and wider Sydney.
