pianocycle is patient, kind and great at what they do. they accommodated changing schedules and got our piano up a flight of stairs in the dead of winter, and everything went wonderfully. we love our new piano! thank you!

I cannot say enough for this exceptional company and its mission. They are responsive, respectful, fairly priced, and make what could be a sad moment a bit happier in that what once was your treasured instrument will go to another family or to artisans, so that nothing will be wasted. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, PIANOCYCLE!!!
