I have been visiting Dr. Nadia Merchant for physiotherapy over the last couple of weeks, and my experience has been excellent. The environment is always friendly and welcoming, which made every session comfortable. Even though I was a bit lazy at times, Dr. Nadia consistently put in great effort and patience to support my recovery. Her guidance has been extremely helpful, and I’m genuinely thankful for the care and dedication she showed throughout my treatment. I truly appreciate her professionalism and positive attitude.

Dr. Nadia Merchant is a total game-changer! Firstly, all the staff at the place were very kind and helpful. My physiotherapist was also very good. One problem is the communication...you sign a bunch of papers to start...make sure to read thru everything well as all isn't explained to you. I was fitted with an elbow brace, but after wearing it for a couple hours noticed it caused an intense pain without even moving my arm. I tried again the next day and had to take it off within an hour. I felt much much better without it. Turns out it's non refundable nor can I receive credit for it. It did not say this on the invoice nor mentioned upon purchase, it was a general note in one of the papers I signed. So I now have a $200 fabric brace which I cannot use. Lastly, on the second visit I noticed there was no cleaning of the therapeutic devices after use. Not the electro therapy, ultrasound or laser machines. Not even the electrode stickers where changed and after the scond visit I noticed hairs on the pads which were not mine. Looking around I see it is not likely protocol to clean or replace the pads after use as there was nothing in the room the technician could use. No sanitizers, alcohol wipes, or otherwise. Only gloves to use for massage therapy and hand cream. I was there twice and in two different rooms with the same set up and supplies. I was not comfortable with this in a medical office. I can only assume the ownership is the issue, bad policies and processes with lack of cleanliness. I've decided to go elsewhere as there are quite a few options within minutes of this area. I suggest you do the same. Update to reply: I did not witness any cleaning of the machines. Yes there were black hairs stuck to the electrode pads which were not mine. There were no cleaning solutions present in either of the 2 rooms I was in. Therefore you're rebuttal on cleanliness is false. You should state "non refundable" or "final sale" on the invoice, that is how other businesses handle billing rather than a general signed page upon the first visit stating this on all items. No signage in office stating final sale, or communication. People that go for years would need to remember what your policies are by memory of the first day signing. The elbow brace is not adjustable, therefore how can you adjust the fit? The only way possible is by exchanging the size and if that is an option the reason you don't allow returns is cannot be due to hygiene as stated. It wasn't "discomfort" with the brace it was a nagging pain that was shooting down to my wrist after 30 mins of wearing and would only go away when taking it off. Discomfort i can handle. It caused more pain that the issue i had come in for. Also I did not say "$200 for a fancy box".. the box isn't fancy, I said "I don't mind paying for something that will help me, but for me this is just a piece of fabric in a box as it makes my pain worse to use" not all products suit every situation. It's not the manufacturer it's the application and this was not suitable for me therefore cannot use. Your assumption that it was a price issue is incorrect as I did not buy anything else as I feel better without one. Please get your story straight and don't accuse your customers of lying or quote them incorrectly. Instead fix the situation and your business.
