My wife and I visited the centre couple of weeks ago and we didn't find staff helpful and humble at all. The staff was so arrogant that they didn't even provide us the bill/invoice. When we asked for bill then staff mentioned that we should have asked for it while entering the premise and it takes time to prepare bill from bill book. They even charged 2% extra on credit card payments and staff got furious when I asked for bill during their lunch time as it was disrupting their lunch time. They charged 2,000 ( 1,500 Machine Physiotherapy + 500 Consultation ). The Doctor didn't even bother to check, if I really have sciatica or not. She was just focused on crunching her daily numbers and about revenue. They even pushed for 8,500 package to generate more revenue instead of focusing on patient's problem. I would request Dr. Sandeep to focus on solving the customer's problem than focusing on pulling money out of customers. This thing will not take you guys ahead in the long run. I would also request their staff to behave in a polite manner and stop harassing customers. Your behaviour shows that you are only physiotherapist in this entire universe and people will not get other options. We visited another doctor and we got our problem solved in just one visit and doctor confirmed that its not sciatica and she did manual therapy instead of using machines. From the very first therapy session, I felt a significant improvement. I booked five additional sessions in advance, and each time, the therapist employed different procedures and taught me exercises to do after the sessions. By the fifth day, my pain was completely gone. I'm incredibly thankful to the entire physio chiro team for their exceptional care and effective treatment.

I came to the clinic after seeing huge 5 star rating reviews. Utter disappointment. Reception person asked me 500 for consultation. After waiting for some time, Some staff came and asked my pain location and came to conclusion that I having defect in posture. Told me to take therapy, one short time, to decrease pain 5 days, 4500. And long term 15 days for curing the pain which is 15000. I told them that I am having stiffness and not pain. I demanded for the physiotherapist and then the owner came, took feedback from the staff and repeated the same thing. There was lack of trust and confidence in the whole thing. The setup is a 3 bhk room in ground floor with proper organisation and hygiene. And it is more like, whatever problems you have, we have only one solution. Even 500 bucks for consultation is not worth it. Overall , it looks like a scam and google reviews are either fake or got up bought cases. Don't fall into their trap is what I will suggest.

The staff was incredibly humble, calm, and professional throughout the process. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for from the very beginning.
