Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I have come to their place twice and still they did not want to see me because they didn’t have my paperwork ready. I have missed work TWICE for absolutely nothing. These people are extremely incompetent. We had called the manager and apparently the manager does not really care at all because she had already left the office.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

This place is horrible. I made an appt for my teenage daughter a week prior show up and they say we don't have an appt. They have her info and my phone on the sheet but say they have no therapist in the am. Just an apology with no solution. my daughter could have already started therapy she needed and now we are a week behind. I would not recommend and will be telling Joe Dimaggio about this and not to refer patients here.
