My experience consists of…. Lack of communication, late showing up to photoshoot, treated rude when asked about missing products I paid for upfront, and poor editing quality on my wedding video. I paid for everything upfront and even upgraded my package, microphones were never mentioned as an option and my audio in my wedding video was immensely disappointing. Photographers arrived late to my photoshoot and had an attitude. Based off what I saw online I wanted to book but i personally did not receive the quality of work I paid for. My photos were edited dark on my photoshoot, we paid for unlimited photos for our wedding and noticed some were missing in both photoshoot and wedding. My wedding photos were posted on insta without me viewing them first so family had an opportunity to see them before I did. I was very disappointed with how they lack communication via emails regarding time updates on how long it will take for my package to be done and ready. I commented on insta multiple times. I waited 7 and 1/2 months for pick up. My wedding video had to be edited twice. I had paid for 100 photos and was told “people don’t really get them printed because you have them on the usb” my response was I paid for it and would like to get them. So I returned later for them. I will never use this company for anything in the future based off my experience. I share my experience with all family and friends. I do have one positive thing to say, even though it took so long and my products were not what I imagined I would get for paying it, at the end of the day the owner finished it and did get them ready.

I am very disappointed. Biggest issue is customer service. They lack customer service, they do not return calls. Constantly calling to be sent to a voicemail that is full. First our photo shoot that had been planned for weeks was pushed out because someone else wanted my time slot, come to find out we were the only 2 that day. Got there and apparently the photographer was still in the back with the other photo session and started our session another 30 min later. I had a car towed for this photo shoot and they had no consideration. The photos have so many issues pictures were not centered. So many bad pictures. I feel like they didnt even go thru them or made edits. Most were not even cropped. The video you can tell was left standing for periods of time as the video is recording nothing guest are to the side. Last so many minutes of the video are on the banda. I can hear them I do not need a video of every angle of them. I would have perfered on my guest or my daughter the quincenera. I am still waiting on a call back from Ugo to work something out and maybe they can swap some pictures. Attached a few pic of how they are not centered, the chandelier is the highlight point, pic of there backs what will I do with that its not there face, the one pic of her in the car and the car is cropped out. I wish you would have started with "because you are purchasing the basic package we will not capture the moment". Adding 4 different pictures and going thru and cropping her dress out does not fix it. If you have over 1000 pictures take and this was the best you can provide. I should have looked at your reviews prior to choosing you. Or should have talked to Cesar and Jessica sadly they paid a higher package and they still got the same service.
