Good products and technical service, and decent prices. However, the store needs to improve its customer service. First of all, by providing an email address (counter-intuitive to ask people to phone when their phone is getting repaired). They also need to provide clearer information about diagnosis, the cost of any repairs, and dates. I kept coming back to the store over 5 days because the sales guy kept telling me to pick up my phone "Today at 3," "Tomorrow morning at 10," etc. and then kept postponing that date/time, without a clear answer. When pressed for more details, he remained evasive and even became a bit dismissive and rude.
There was a problem with the new replacement screen they had installed on my phone. It stopped working after 1.5 days. They did replace it for free (good technical service), but the sales guy first implied in a rude tone that I might have dropped the phone over that single day. The evasiveness and lack of communication made me get a backup phone from a friend in the meantime, because I wasn't sure if I could trust the store.
