Went in 3 places to find a phone case, came in this one with no hope and left with beautiful phone case and screen protector 😝

1. Fraud they decided to start work before calling to discuss price when we were told that we would get a call. 2. "Charged for 3 hours" yet the phone went from 50%-80% when just 1 hour would normally bring it to full battery. 3. Charged 80 quid for a repair that didn't work when we used the phone but 'works fine' when he used the phone.

Took an iPhone for screen replacement and asked for a new battery, the vguy showed me how to check the battery life instead of just going ahead with it. Got it back with a complementary screen protector and 6 month guarantee. Great service Update the screen lasted approx. 8 months before it constantly carries out “ghost touches”. The screens probably aren’t best quality and I would have preferred paying more for a longer lasting one

I went to the apple store and asked for a battery replacement. They kept me waiting for an hour and a half before telling me there was "parts missing from my phone" and it couldn't be fixed. Took it to Phone Dealer and within 15 minutes Neil changed the battery, 100% battery health and he told me there were no missing parts. Shows what kind of stellar service you can expect from your local high street shop compared to the big chains who just don't care about the consumer!

My apple phone too old to upload apps so needed an update. Obviously can't afford brand new phone. so enquired about refurbishment. Excellent customer service and great advice. Purchased a refurbished updated phone , everything transfered over from old phone so all up and running when I left the shop. thank you, wouldn't use anywhere else. definitely recommend this shop for any phone issues.
