Thanks to the staff at Phoenix Auto Repair I was able to get diagnostics on my car and feel safe continuing my recent road trip. They were very helpful, easy to find and well worth the reasonable cost. If I should need auto service while traveling through Nashville, I will definitely go back.

The best way to explain my overall experience with Phoenix Auto Repair is “safe.” From the first point of contact to when my vehicle was completed—and everything in between—I have felt safe. Safe that they had my best interest at heart. They explained everything to me and were patient with any questions I had, and, welcomed them. They had my vehicle completed a day earlier than expected and communicated beautifully along the way. Even now, as I drive my car, I feel safe on the roads knowing the folks at Phoenix Auto Repair were the ones to work on my vehicle. Had to jump in and update my review details… I just received a text message from them to follow up, make sure I was pleased with my service, and see if I had any questions after picking up my car two days ago. WHO DOES THAT?!? Praise Jesus for a place you can trust fully and that really cares. It was a refreshing communicative experience (thank you, Joe!!) from start to finish! Thank you!

This shop is amazing. I brought my car in with an unknown issue on Monday and drove out on Wednesday. They rushed the job to ensure my family had a vehicle to travel to my mom's place for Thanksgiving. Workwasvery thorough and the video and pictures from the diagnostic were very helpful. Joe is very friendly and helpful, as well!

Johnny and his team are top-tier. They were able to get me an appointment quickly, took care of my German vehicle all in one day. We’re sending me updates throughout the day and making sure I was okay with any repairs and diagnostics before proceeding with them. Overall, a great team that is working there that are truly looking out for you. The team even reached out to me to make sure everything was running smoothly a few days after I left the shop. Could not recommend them enough they will take care of you!!

I moved to Nashville a few months ago, and was nervous about finding a new auto shop or mechanic for my car. My past experiences with mechanics have not been the greatest, so when my check engine light came on in a new city I was extremely apprehensive. This shop was a blessing to me! Very honest, extremely prompt with the estimate, and even more timely with the repairs. They are all very friendly, transparent, and were able to put my mind at ease. They had a loaner vehicle that was available through their shop as well, which took even more stress off my plate. Everything was quickly handled, priced fairly, and done well. I was very lucky to have found this shop. While I hope nothing goes wrong with my car, if something happens, I know exactly where I will be taking it. Nothing but great things to say about this Repair Shop. Thank you to Junior, Joe, John, and all the Jacobs!

The guys at Phoenix were nothing short of AMAZING!!! My situation was a bit of an emergency- they got me in right away, explained what needed to be done, ordered it and got me an uber to get a rental!! Was in constant contact w me about my car and fixed it in a very timely manner! Would 1000% recommend!!!

We broke down in Nashville driving from Kentucky to Alabama on Thanksgiving of all days. The tow truck that got our van recommended this place and thank God they did! They called at 7:15 the next morning and had the van fixed the same day. Great service and great communication. They were awesome!

HUGE upsale list, totaling $6267 on a 2009 Ford F-150 which I paid just $6200 for. This upsale included a recommendation for battery terminal cleaning FOR THE ABSURD PRICE of $49.35. Yes, $49 for a job that takes 5 minutes. It’s now 9 months after my visit there and 14,000 miles more on the vehicle with no problems. I have done none of the recommended items except cleaning the battery terminals myself. I would steer well clear of this place if you are at all gullible. My poor review was followed up by text messages from Phoenix complaining about my review, which has now been decreased to one star. What’s next? A knock on the door?? With their lengthy reply to my review, I would love to see them address a proposed charge of over $49 to clean my battery terminals.

This shop is great. After my brother-in-law brought his car in for an oil change here, I thought I would give it a try. He had nothing short of a great experience and after I picked up my truck today- I can only say the same! Junior is great to work with and the technology of how they quote suggested repairs is unlike anything I have ever seen (and I work in a shop myself). The techs write notes and take pictures as they are diagnosing your vehicle. All you have to do is click on the link they send you with the breakdown of the information and click "accept" or "deny". No haggling, just your choice on the work you choose for them to do. I will be back the next time my truck needs work and I am confident that Junior and his team are going to take care of me.

Finally! I have found a repair shop that I can trust! Not only did they find and repair the issue that took me there, but at my request they checked my 12-year-old car for any needed updates. I knew there would be quite a few things needing attention, but what really impressed me was that they were willing to tell me what was immediately needing attention, as well as things that would need to be done in the future. There was no pressure and a full explanation of what was done now and what would need to be done eventually and why it could wait. This auto shop is not convenient to me, but well worth the time, effort and the mileage to get there!!
