Driver runs over pedestrian’s foot in crosswalk
October 2025. We are happy to report we reached a reasonable settlement for a client who was injured in a crosswalk by an extremely negligent driver.
Michael G. 29, was walking across a marked crosswalk at an intersection. Nahab M, driving a commercial van for a state -wide residential services company, was stopped behind at least two vehicles near the intersection, attempted to pass the vehicles by proceeding through the parking lane on his right. His vehicle entered the crosswalk, and his front tire ran over Green’s left foot.
Green suffered nerve injuries resulting in complex regional pain syndrome, which necessitated various medical procedures, including placement of a temporary spinal cord stimulator. His past medical expenses totaled $95,000. He settled out of court for a confidential settlement that paid all medical bills, past, present and future, as well as his past, present and future lost wages and for the dangerous behaviour that led to the injury.
