I had a great experience working with Philly Appliances Repair. They came by on short notice to check out my washer, diagnosed the issue quickly, and got it repaired right away. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing so I could understand a few things about how the appliance works. Communication was great from start to finish, quick responses and clear updates. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone who needs appliance repairs, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future needs.

Tariq was great. Super friendly and great communication. The process was simple and easy to book. Came out and repaired my dryer within an hour, savings hundreds over a new dryer purchase. Will use again for future appliance issues.

The positive reviews are right on- Tariq and Moose came when they said they would, were super nice and knowledgeable, and fixed the original problem with the washer right away. So I asked if they could fix something else with the dishwasher, and they did that too at no extra cost! I highly recommend them, they are the best.

My washing machine broke and I found Tariq. He came out right away, he diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and fixed it the next day! Fast, efficient and affordable. Keeping his number for future needs. Amazing guy!

Tariq was great. Came to our home within a day of calling and was able to immediately diagnose the exhaust fan issue on our dishwasher and replace the part once ordered. Would use Tariq again!

Tariq was nice but he wasn't very transparent with the pricing- especially the diagnostic fee that is advertised on their site which is supposed to be waived. When I asked him about the diagnostic fee being waived (free) he said "yeah- it's included in the price. I mentioned it was supposed to be waived if you proceed with the repair...ie not included in the price . While awaiting on the part it took about 6 calls/texts to actually get a response and update from him. I wouldn't use the service again due to the lack of transparency regarding pricing and poor communication.

They came to fix our oven, as it wasn’t getting hot. We were initially pleased as our oven was able to get hot again. They came on Tuesday, and tonight (Friday) our oven is no longer heating above room temperature. Disappointed.
