Great Company. Ben has been our plumber more than four years now. We have not thought about getting estimates from another plumbing company since Phillips Family Plumbing did our first job. Ben is very knowledgeable , detailed, honest and customer service oriented. He shares his expertise with his customers through hands on product knowledge, he gives you the pros and cons, makes recommendations when needed and has always been able to meet and deliver within the time frame he gives his customers. Incredible work. Benjamin Philips is one of the best tradesmen I've ever hired. I had 5 copper pipes explode and he immediately got it fixed with a full replacement in a day. Perfect communication, honest, and a master at his craft. Will be calling him for the next plumbing emergency or project.

Benjamin Phillips, owner of Phillips Family Plumbing saved us $4500 from a scamming local plumber!! We called Mr Phillips late on Friday afternoon and explained we had been without water for three days due to a water leak. We explained another plumber just left saying the leak could not be repaired and he would return on Monday to replace our water line, which would cost us another $4,500. We had already paid him over $400 which he did say would be credited back to us when he installed the new water line. We wanted a second opinion and called Phillips Family Plumbing. Mr. Phillips said he would come right over to take a look and within the hour, he had our leak repaired!! Not only did we have our water back on, his charges were EXTREMELY REASONABLE!! Mr. Phillips was honest, friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable and he saved us $4,500!! So for all of our future plumbing needs, we will always call Phillips Family Plumbing.
