So when it came time to find a realtor to assist us in the sale of my elderly parents’ home in Miami-Dade, I asked my local realtor if she had any contacts in Miami. She immediately recommended Phillip. I met Phillip at my parents’ home last year. I advised him that it would take some time before we were ready to move my parents out of their home, empty the home, and ready it for the market. He understood and several months later, when I contacted him again, he totally remembered the whole scenario and his recommendations on what/how we should or should not invest in the property to ready it for sale were, given the result, right on the money. When it was time to set an asking price, he justified and explained his numbers very clearly, with ease. This is important because I, like most people, don’t buy and sell homes every day and laws and methodologies change. And fortunately, at least in Phillip’s hands, it appears they have changed for the better! I always felt that I was in the hands of a trusted expert, because I was!
