Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas

Made a last minute reservation here due to my husky tearing her acl right before our family vacation. They were able to accommodate her extra needs of patient walks and limited off leash play that many other facilities could not. They were also very patient and professional with my aussie who can be reactive at first around strangers. They took excellent care of my pups and updated me on how they were doing. All their belongings also came home squeaky clean. Would absolutely recommend and they'll be seeing my pups again!

Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas and their entire team have been the most amazing second family to our dog and cat across the nine years we have been boarding with them. The staff is kind, generous of spirit, and 1000% dedicated to the health, wellbeing, and joy of our pets while in their care. We were never on a trip and worried about them- peace of mind with a trustworthy and caring boarding team is worth every penny! Can’t recommend enough.

I've had some mixed experience boarding my dogs in the past, and so I had a lot of questions about safety and health when I called the first time. Daren literally spent over half an hour talking me through everything and explaining their policies and procedures. My 2 year old has stayed there three times now, and she's always excited to go. They have lots of options for dogs who need one on one attention instead of group play, and it's well worth paying a bit more than I would elsewhere to know that my puppy is being treated extremely well. --Nina

We’ve been boarding our dog here for years. He gets insanely excited when he sees or hears his to go bags getting ready. He bolts across the parking lot, towing me behind, to get in the doors. He then loves to loudly announce his arrival. The owners and staff are true animal lovers. He gets his walks, playtime and lots of love during his stay. We get a full report of his stay at checkout to know how he ate, drank and bathroom habits. I greatly appreciate the staff calling with any concerns. Our phone calls always begin with don’t worry your baby is fine and then what they’ve noticed. We’re able to decide on a plan, whether it’s a follow up with our vet or a trip the vet next door.

Visited Philly by way of Baltimore. Was easily able to book accomodations via phone. The staff during check in was incredible & took great care of my puppo, who is a bit of an anxious boy. During check out I got a full report of how my dog was during each day of his stay. I even got a written report of his group play activities! They also washed my dogs bed and his favorite toy, without me requesting it or being charged for it! This place is also unique in that they have staff on site 24/7 & a pet hospital near by. Would highly recommend!!

I cannot recommend these people enough. they are as dog-crazy as I am and that is a hard thing to accomplish. I feel so secure and comfortable when they watch my dogs. I love getting the photo updates -- they write a lot and send loads of photos! I love seeing my dogs have such fun and get kisses from the staff. The staff is well trained in dog handling and managing dog playgroups. They really get to know the dogs in their care. They are really easy to reach via email which is really convenient for me!

Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Prices were fair, it was simple to schedule the boarding for our cats, and the service/updates of our cats we received were great. I would highly recommend their services to friends or family.

Great, modern, clean pet hotel w very attentive staff. Honestly surprised it's in Philly. We felt really good about leaving our dog here for a week. We got photos each day, email reports, and she had play sessions each day.

Absolutely stunned with how amazing this pet hotel is! I needed to board my 65 lb yellow lab named Mango in a short amount of time and Daren and Chris from Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas wasted no time to accommodate our needs! Being given a tour of the facility, I knew I had chosen the right place for my dog when I saw their 'villas' and play areas. Beautiful land, clean facility, excellent price. Mango will be back!

This is now the umpteenth time we’ve lodged our dog, Cosmo, here, but a perfect example of how Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas always goes above and beyond: While I had arranged for a late check out, my flight kept getting delayed. I ended up picking up Cosmo at midnight, and even at that time, there was someone there to hand him over and carefully read me his detailed chart (notes on his stay)! This same visit, they gave me a call to let me know Cosmo had gotten a tiny scratch on his nostril while playing… so tiny that I probably wouldn’t have noticed it day-to-day, but they did! They watch over many dogs but still deliver attentive and individualized care to each dog. The peace of mind I get when traveling knowing Cosmo is safe and cared for is worth it every cent. As seen below, Cosmo himself cannot wait for his next stay.
