I love this pharmacy. Sabiha and team have always treated me well and make me feel like they know me. They recognize me when I come in. It makes me feel like I have a community. They’re very knowledgeable and are willing to take extra time to answer questions. I definitely recommend.

The best part about this Pharmasave probably is Allan, one of the pharmacists. Very friendly and helpful --even remember him helping me pick a cough medicine that wouldn't interact with my meds over the phone and assisting with curb-side pickup a couple of years ago when COVID was a bit more severe. Phenomenally kind! Other pros: local mom and pop shop, seemingly women-operated, friendly pharmacy assistants, offer vaccinations, and have a wide assortment of products for the small footprint. Prices reflect convenience, so like with most pharmacies it won't be the cheapest, but much better than supporting a Loblaw corp. They also have a large, if not slightly chaotic (but at least full) bin of discounted products. Unfortunately no longer offering Canada Post services. However, lots of annoyances about using this pharmacy that would have me considering other options still if it wasn't literally across the street from me. Out of the 3 years I've had prescriptions filled here, I've only been given a call once about my prescriptions being ready after my doctor would send them there, so I had actually preferred get my meds delivered by a pharmacy I used before moving into the neighbourhood. Pharmasave's website allows you to request prescription refills and transfer online, which theoretically would be helpful except that the system, at least at this location, doesn't seem to actually work. I've tried twice recently in the past two months. You'll get notified by an automatic email that the pharmacy has "received" the order, see on the site that the prescription is pending, but it will never show that it's ready even after a few days. The one time I called to follow up, the newer male pharmacist said nonchalantly that their system didn't actually receive anything and had to start preparing it after my inquiry. Not great business practice if they still haven't fixed it after being notified a couple of times already. On the plus side, the service is usually quite quick if you call or go in person --often 15 mins for a fill, sometimes 30. As with most pharmacies, seems like stimulants can sometimes take an extra day or two if they need to order it in.
