Pfiester Heating & Air

Pfiester Heating & Air came out, assessed the problem and explained it to us in plain English. They ordered the part and though it took a few days to get it, came the night the part arrived and within a very short period (less than 2 hours) installed it and had the system back up and running smoothly. Our system is new and was put in last year, it had some other issues that were not correctly done and they took care of it for us as well. Reasonably priced and fair, respectful and helpful especially when it comes to understanding the issue and what is required to fix it. These guys are AWESOME! I will not use anyone else for our Heat and A/C needs from this point on.

I really can't say enough about Pfiester. Incredible work ethic, precise, and organized crew. Michael, Michael's son, Keaston, and Cameron. All a joy to work with. Always a smile on their faces, friendly, professional. I got 3 quotes before finding Pfiester. One said they would have to tear out the walls, and I'd have to move out for a week. I asked if we were talking about a ductless mini-split system, and he said "yep." I had this system when I lived in Italy. None of that was required to install. Michael's price was by far the best. Very reasonable. The work done was top of the line. I would have had no problem with the guys being in my house all day while I was gone. The Daikin is great. You can't hear it inside, you can't hear the compressors outside. They really are that quiet. Very crisp, cool air that doesn't blow right at you. Called on a Friday night for my ac that was down left message and call was returned within 30 minutes. Micheal came out and had us up and running. Wonderful service.

Mr. Pfiester took the time to tell me what to look for to make sure the unit is working properly. He also educated me on what air conditioner unit works best for my needs.

Very professional, had crazy guy come out look at it for 10 mins then tell me I needed a 15k for a new unit. Called pfiester and they came out found a broke wire fixed and was up and running.
