PetWellClinic - Scott Township

Pet well Carnegie is the local care I bring my two dogs to. In the past I experienced some frustration as it seemed they were having a hard time with honoring their listed open-close hours.. not sure if that was due to staffing or what. Nonetheless, one of the employees.. Angel, is the best!! He takes great care of my pups and is very attentive to their needs. He answers any questions I have and I just appreciate his personable approach and care towards my fur children. I love that fact that my dogs are not nervous to stop in and they are even happier when they see Angel is working.

Dr Kara and the vet tech Angel and the vet tech talia are all soooo amazing! I have a very anxious large dog and a pretty calm large dog and I’ve always dreaded taking them both to the vet because the anxious one can be so hard to handle, especially taking both together, but this team did it with no judgement and it was so successful and a positive experience all around. They got shots and temps taken and bloodwork and stool samples and they were so patient with my anxious boy. I felt so taken care of. The prices are sooo affordable compared to other vets, too! They cost less together than ONE of them cost at my old vet. They even gave me a military discount. They are SERIOUSLY AMAZING. I probably won’t take them anywhere else except in emergencies or if I move away. The 2nd time I came, they were busier (they are a walk-in clinic) but they still handled everything with low stress and kindness. I can’t give them enough praise. THANK YOU GUYS FOR BEING YOU. Love the staff at PetWellClinics! Had to go to the Scott Township location today and saw some of my dog’s favorite techs, Carla and Angel! They are so gentle with him, get on the floor with him. He loves to give Carla kisses and she lets him! Lol. He needed blood work, an antibiotic for his jowls, and got a quick nail trim too. Can’t say enough about this place.

Angel and everyone of the staff at PetWellClnic Scott Twp are awesome. They truly care about your furry family members. Ralph says he likes them but he also is asking the doctor to prescribe him more treats. Mom thinks I need to lose a pound or 2 😛

My 10 year old terrier mix was having difficulty urinating. Brought her in was greeted by Angel with the most pleasant personality. He got a sample did a urinalysis test and the Vet Dr. Morgan Graham concluded she had a UTI. Got two medications and Chloe was feeling much more comfortable almost immediately after her first dose. Everyone there treated us with the utmost professionalism and kindness. I was taken aback at how affordable this visit was.

What should have been a normal business day for the Doctor and staff turned chaotic when I walked in with 3 dachshunds and 2 poms. Everyone was so gracious and the visit went very well. The patients received wellness exams and their rabies vaccines. Such a pleasant experience working with exceptionly competent professionals. My experience was a very pleasant one. I would highly recommend visiting Petwell Clinic in Scott township. Your fur babies deserve the expertise of highly professional staff. I was not pressured into unnecessary services. When I left this office, I felt confident that the Doctor and staff truly did their best to insure the wellbeing of my fur babies. Thank you so much. I will see you again.

I have been going to the Carnegie/Scott Twp. PetWellClinic since my dog was a puppy. They are like our little family and know my little Hazel very well. They have always taken such great care of us. I love how easy it is to send out an email and get a response anytime regarding any questions. And the convenience of being able to go online and see how busy they are real time- get on the portal and not wait. Great place and highly recommend. Thanks PetWellClinic!

First time going to the Carnegie Pet Well. Julia the vet was very thorough and helpful as were the vet techs. The treatment plan that was prescribed for my little dog is working! She’s getting better! They went out of their way to explain everything that I needed to do and even wrote it all down and then gave me informational handouts pertinent to my dog’s issues. I was a walk-in so I did not have an appointment. There were several ahead of me. I ended up waiting almost an hour before being seen by the vet but they gave me a $20 discount to compensate me for the inconvenience. I was very impressed with everything about this Pet Well clinic. Thank you. I will definitely be back!

The staff was very kind and accommodating to my pet and to me. I am so grateful to have received very quick, excellent care for our emergency. They gave my dog the best care and calmed down her jittery frightened mother!

I can usually give a good review for the times that we have visited PetWell Clinic in Scott Township, however, can I make a suggestion? If your hours are 11 to 3 on Saturday, and "Drop by with your pet any time. Appointments are never necessary!'" as it states on your website, you shouldn't stop taking walk in appointments at 2:15 as we were refused service for our sick kitty. Either change your website or commit to taking care of pets till 3. Understandable if we walked in at 3 but not at 2:15. We were told to try a clinic in Upper St Clair. I guess we will be doing that from now on. Chris
