Would highly recommend Petrali Roofing!!! I had a leak around my fireplace in which two other roofing companies were unsuccessful at repairing. Needed leak fixed quick before it caused further damage to my decking, etc. Petrali Roofing showed up promptly, stripped my shingles around fireplace, replaced flashing and so far no leaks. Another thing I was very impressed with is owner stayed with crew and made sure job was done correctly which is very rare these days.

These people care deeply about your needs and carry them out in a timely and professional manner! My roof looks great! The few times we needed roof replacement from storms, our roof never looked this good! They are thorough, the boss takes pictures and discusses everything with you if there’s issues. No surprises here! My experience was wonderful! And it’s an on going wonderful!!!

We have a 4 year old roof that decided to start leaking. The warranty was out and the original installer basically told me I wasn’t worth their time. I called Petrali solely based off reviews and I’m so happy I did. Amie was super nice and took down all my info. Told me Ryan would call soon and sure enough he did. Within a couple hours he was at my house looking at my issue. He gave me best and worst case scenarios and came back the next day (Saturday, mind you) with a helper to see if we could get it fixed on the best case scenario budget. Not only did they find the leak, but they checked the rest of my roof and even trimmed a tree that was hanging too far over and causing issues. They didn’t have to do that and I appreciated them asking if I wanted it done and saving me the mini heart attacks I was going to have on a ladder trying to do it myself. I will definitely be using them for any of my roof needs in the future. Oh! I edited this to say that Ryan was also super nice and helpful.

The big wind storms we had earlier in the year lifted about 6' x 8' patch of roof and deposited it on the ground exposing the underlayment. I knew we had to get it fixed in a hurry to keep from causing more damage. We recently moved back to south Louisiana and I had no idea who to call. I Googled roofing companies near me and came across Petrali Roofing with an excellent rating. I phoned at 4:45 in the afternoon and was greeted by a sympathetic, concerned Amie Laurence who assured me they would take care of everything. She said her husband, Ryan, would be in touch with me the next day. Ryan phoned that evening and said he had a job in Jennings the next morning and would be here as soon as he finished. Around 1 pm he showed up, inspected the damage and got up on the roof and secured all the shingles that had loosened, but not fallen to make certain the damage wouldn't get worse. He collected no money for his work, but said he get back with me with an estimate to repair. I was pleasantly surprised to get an email that evening with a super fair price for the work. I immediately accepted and he came the next day, replaced damaged shingles, picked up all the trash and nails and left my home looking like nothing had ever happened. To say I am pleased, is an understatement. Petrali Roofing and the Laurences will be the only roofing company I will ever need. Totally professional from first phone contact until I waved good bye as they pulled away. I can't recommend them enough.

Petrali Roofing came after Hurricane Laura took off a large portion of our roof. They put a blue tarp securely on our roof, then dealt with the insurance company. It was such a pleasant experience in a terrible situation. If I had another need for roofing work I would contact Petrali Roofing because they were reliable and they are here.

I have to say, I did not have high hopes to find someone last minute to help me fix my missing roof shingles. PETRAILI Roofing came out next day. I had surplus roofing and they fixed my problem that same day! I am very thankful and they found another spot that need repaired and did the extra work for the same price. The are the most professional roofing contractor I have found and they go above and beyond to get the job done on-time and with the highest quality. Following Hurricane Ida I contacted them for an estimate to replace my roof. They responded immediately and came out the next day. They even came back when the insurance adjuster was here to answer any questions on our behalf. They helped us navigate the insurance claim and once we received our settlement their crew arrived and finished the job in 1.5 days. They also replaced damaged wood for no-charge. Our neighbors were so impressed with their work they contacted them to replace their roofs. What I most like about this company is that you interact directly with the owners so that everything is done to your satisfaction. We would have absolutely no reservations about using them again for our roofing work and consider them friends. There aren't many contractors that I would say that about.
