I’m working on converting a van into a camper and ran into a few issues and needed some parts. Pete’s auto parts in Hudsonville was excellent. They found the parts that I needed either in their own yard or from other places across the country and were able to get every part that I needed in a quick and efficient manner. They are super friendly. The service is great and the prices can’t be beat. If you’re looking for parts get a hold of Pete’s auto parts in Hudsonville you will be happy you did.

Had a little issue with a church van, Ford Transit 350. Pete’s was able to locate a good headlight and fender. Upon removal they informed me that the fender was damaged slightly and reduced the price for us. Great service and parts were exactly as presented. Installed and looks good. May grab a hood to make it look a little better.

I was referred to Tommy @ Pete's from another yard, they had the part I was looking for at a reasonable price. They were easy to deal with. Communication was spot on and easy through the text feature. The part was pulled quickly, packed securely and efficiently, shipped and arrived in a timely manner (even though they were in the middle of a deep freeze). Really great response time. Very quick with pictures in detail details of parts. Everybody I talk to was very pleasant and welcoming. Feels like a Family atmosphere. I was very surprised to know that they had a 30 day return policy. The part I ordered was ready and clean and fit perfectly in my vehicle.

I was in contact with Pete’s about acquiring the wiring harness for the up fitter switches for an f150. I clearly stated in my text conversation that I wanted the harness that ran from the switches in the headliner across the front of the headliner down the a pillar on the driver side to the firewall and the wiring from the firewall to the fuse block for the up fitter switches. They sent me the headliner harness only nothing else. Even though I repeatedly asked this includes all the wiring harnesses. They are willing to let me return the harness for a partial refund even though it is completely their fault. I would avoid doing business with them at all cost.

Ordered a rear hatch Glass and spoiler for my wife’s suburban, same day they had it available and even though I wasn’t able to make it during there business hours they set it out for me to pick up after work. Great experience with Tommy. Thanks for the great service and communication. Makes a rough morning/ day for me less stressful!!

I’ve been familiar with this junkyard since I was a kid, going there with my dad in the 70s and 80s. In the late 80s and 90s, I spent a lot of money here buying parts for my own vehicles. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the experience. Their business hours now end before most people even get off work, and it’s nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Last year, when I tried to purchase an engine, they wouldn’t deliver it or stay open long enough for me to pick it up. They offered to leave it outside after hours, which isn’t realistic when you’re trying to pick up something as heavy as an engine. I had originally asked for the engine to be delivered to my workplace, which is a business, but they wouldn’t do that either. Now I’m being told they don’t have parts that other places seem to carry without issue. Between the limited hours, lack of communication, and inflexibility, I’ve decided I won’t be doing business here anymore.

James is the man! I had a very unique project to say the least, he was able to help source parts from several different vehicles to help me out. He was also able to track down some very specific parts for a different vehicle. Great customer service, highly recommend.

Dan and the gang over at Pete’s Auto Parts were a joy to work with. Purchased a part on hold until I could be back in town to receive delivery. Very accommodating and friendly people. Would highly recommend!

I used to go through this junkyard when I was a little boy with my dad in the 70s and 80s. In the late eighties and nineties I spent a lot of money there getting parts for my own cars. Now their business hours closed before anybody else gets out of work and you can't get anybody to answer the phone. When I tried to get an engine from there last year they would not deliver or stay open for me to pick it up. They offered to set it outside after hours but seriously how am I going to pick up an engine. Now they're telling me they don't have parts that every other place has, and I guess I will not be patronizing this business anymore. In response to their response no nobody answers the phone, and originally I wanted the engine to be delivered to where I work, a business. But they wouldn't do that.
