They were fast at meeting your need and fair in their business practices. The bed was ordered and arrived delivered and set up. We are very glad that we purchased the split king bed from Peter’s. We had a lot of purchase options but I knew if we went to Peter’s we would happy with our purchase.

He is, without a doubt, the best salesman we’ve ever worked with. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and truly listens to what we’re looking for without ever making us feel pressured. He takes the time to help us find the perfect pieces that fit our style, needs, and budget. Every visit feels easy and enjoyable because of the service we receive, especially from James. Amy was awesome. Purchase was easy. They took the old washer, put in the new one, made sure it worked. Delivery guys were very competent. Follow up was great.If you’ve only bought from a big box store in the past you won’t really believe this level of service is possible.

James was great!! He explained everything about the furniture we was interested in and gave us a modest estimate on the delivery time. We got the furniture earlier than expected. We liked our experience with him so much we came back the next week and bought a dining room set from him. We had an issue with the sofa but James and staff was quick to fix it and made sure we were satisfied

My wife and I were helped by James who was terrific! Exceptional service! One of our pieces didn't fit so they quickly helped us find something different and had it delivered within 2 days. The mover's were extremely friendly and helpful. Also, a couple of our theater chairs have a slight spring noise when reclining so they are sending someone out to adjust them. We could not have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended.

I went here with my sister and I would come here again. The customer service was great, and the best part about the employees is that they were fun to talk to and very knowledgeable about the furniture and the products. Furthermore, they let you look around on your own too, which a lot of places could take notes from. 100/10 Should definitely consider this place if buying furniture.

James was extremely helpful and I loved that I was able to walk through the door and him let me know that he was there if I needed his help but they let me browse without feeling pressured by a sales person following me. Then making the buying process very easy. It was a very good buying experience and will differently be my go to store for anything needed for my home. And I love my furniture!

Everything and everyone was great! The whole experience was very pleasant. James was friendly and very thorough in his presentation and follow up. The delivery men were also friendly and efficient. We have always been pleased with the people as well as the quality of the products we've purchased.
