Terrible customer service. My last 3 visits where canceled at the last minute. The last one was 20 minutes before my appointment. When I complained I was met with hostility, I asked to speak to an owner or someone that was actually going to take my concerns seriously they said they told me they would call back and never did. That was back in November, I also emailed them and they just straight up ignored me. I've always been polite and on time for my appointments. All I wanted was to be given the same respect but apparently that's too much to ask.
It's not fair that they can cancel appointments 3 times in a row with no regards whatsoever but if we have to cancel they send you a bill. They should have more respect for their patients time and needs. I have a chipped tooth I needed address and they left me high and dry so no reason.
Their excuse was about covid and people calling in sick but 3 visits in a row? that's unprofessional, and when I dared to speak up and say that's not OK they basically just ignored me. I was never rude, I didn't raise my voice or use foul language. I simply voived my concerns and ask them to have more consideration about other people's time and schedule.
We have to book time away from our jobs and obligations to make it to our appointments and I think any reasonable person would be upset if they had that many appointments canceled in a row. Especially if they had immediate needs, like for say, a chipped tooth. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the work isn't bad but it's like eating at a restaurant with good for and terrible service. It's not worth it.
No one deserves to be treated with such disregard for having a valid complaint. The way they seem to act is that we are all lucky to have them, and they will cancel whenever the hell they please and if you don't like it that's just too damn bad. We deserve better
