In short, yes, curb appeal really does matter. It's the first thing any respective buyer will notice upon arriving to your home. Like with any home project, you can go above and beyond and spend all kinds of money. In this video, I give a few suggestions on how to spruce up the exterior of your home that will make a good impression on buyers, all in a cost effective way.
