Peter was extremely helpful and professional. The GNVivia hearing aids have been life changing for my Dad, such is the improvement in the quality of sound he is able to hear. The aids were adjusted to ensure maximum comfort in terms of fit and amplification.

Peter James Audiology provided outstanding service for my father. Peter visited him at home to remove ear wax after my father experienced noticeable hearing loss, and the improvement was immediate. As my father is immobile and in a wheelchair, it had been difficult to find someone willing and able to come to the house and adapt to his needs, but Peter made the whole process comfortable and accessible. Booking the appointment was quick and straightforward, and the level of care Peter showed was exceptional from start to finish. Peter came to my elderly mum's house and removed wax from both of her ears safely and professionally. He put my mum at ease straight away and was very patient. There was an immediate improvement and she was over the moon to be able to hear again...so were we! Would 100% recommend Peter. His communication was excellent, and his prices very reasonable. Peter was great. I had real trouble hearing with my left year but now it’s clear as a bell. He showed the build up in both ears and cleared them out in no time at all - you can see the before and after pics on his phone. Easy, quick and fuss free with the work done at your own home.
