Peter was extremely helpful and professional. The GNVivia hearing aids have been life changing for my Dad, such is the improvement in the quality of sound he is able to hear. The aids were adjusted to ensure maximum comfort in terms of fit and amplification.

Peter James Audiology provided outstanding service for my father. Peter visited him at home to remove ear wax after my father experienced noticeable hearing loss, and the improvement was immediate. As my father is immobile and in a wheelchair, it had been difficult to find someone willing and able to come to the house and adapt to his needs, but Peter made the whole process comfortable and accessible. Booking the appointment was quick and straightforward, and the level of care Peter showed was exceptional from start to finish. I’m incredibly grateful for his professionalism, kindness, and expertise. Highly recommended.
