Tried Pet Bar Katy for the first time today and I’m so pleased with the results for my sweet dog. They were quick and Vivi Li did an excellent job! Because they finished in a short timeframe, my dog is not sore in her joints like she has been at other pet spas. We will definitely be going back.

I was looking for a new grooming place for my cat, as the place I had been going to was getting ridiculously expensive and the groomer was not reliable. I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment next day for my cat. When I brought my cat in, I showed the groomer photos of how I would like my cat to look, and they let me know that they don’t blow dry cats to help keep them calm, which I honestly really liked, because my cat always has a hard time at the groomer. And the groomer handled my cat like she wasn’t scared of her, which made me feel even more confident in my choice. My cat Selina came out perfectly! The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because at some point when she was drying to being moved to the carrier to being given back to me, she peed on her tail. I honestly wasn’t too upset, and we wiped her tail down when we got home. I am looking forward to bringing my cat Selina back when she needs her next cut!

Tobby already has his hairdresser here Damián and I wouldn't change him for anything 🐾✨ They always treat him with a lot of love and patience. The cut is perfect and smells delicious. It gives me a lot of peace of mind to leave it in your hands. Highly recommended.

Great experience at PetBar. This place is clean and everyone is really friendly. Marisol took care of our dog and she did an amazing job. She was super sweet and our pup looked perfect after. Definitely recommend Marisol and this spot!

I chose this place specifically because of how much experience they had with doodles! Energetic balls of wavy/ curly floof! It was our first time here and we had an incredible experience. Our groomer Vivi did such a great job! Definitely coming back again and recommending to all my friends! The front desk lady was SUPER welcoming and nice as well!

LOVE THEM!! Mariela is the best with our 2 pups, especially the older one that needs some extra love when getting groomed. We struggled for years to find a groomer after moving to Katy and I’m so happy we found PetBar Katy a few years ago! They cut both our dogs perfectly, send them home smelling and looking pristine - with a little bandana every time too! Bonus that they are quick and very courteous of your time. They give you a pickup window and they’ve always been on time or early for us which is a huge plus for us!

Grooming was great. My puppy got a clean haircut. Staff was very professional and friendly. The service was very quick. I got my dog back in 1.5 hours only. I am pretty impressed with the quality of service my puppy got. However, my dog got a few scratches and one of his nails was bleeding because it was cut too short. I hope that this will be taken care of in the future. Rest everything was amazing!

I went early in the morning on 9/17. The front was super clean and the man who attended to my dog and me was very helpful! I was nervous of judgment, because I hadn’t taken my dog to get bathed in a while, but I felt comforted and safe leaving my dog with them. I added the deshedding add-on that I wasn’t sure my dog needed (her fur is not that long), and the man at the front desk said that if it wasn’t needed, he wouldn’t do it. In the end, he said that it would’ve probably dried my dog’s skin out and said they ended up brushing her instead. I know to them this may seem like the right thing to do, but so many other places would’ve taken advantage and just charged me the extra $25 anyways. My dog was also calm when she came back, which tells me she felt comfortable around the staff and environment. She also feels and smells clean and I feel so relieved that I was able to give her a good experience by bringing her here. Lastly, paying was a super quick and easy process - less than 30 seconds. Petbar deserves all the customers! I truly appreciate them caring for my dog and others’ dogs as if they were their own! ♥️🐶🐾 Thanks from Sadie!

I was recommended here by a client of mine awhile back, cause she worked at the one in Houston. I was in dire need to find a good grooming place for my babies and much needed pampering for them. On June 17, is their 11th birthday! So i brought in my babies in one day before their actual birthday. First visit to Petbar Boutique Katy is just 15 minutes away from my house that was perfect. Rather then the Houston Petbar is 45 minites, way too far from where i live. The consultation with the groomer (Kaylyn) i think thats her name has taken such great care of them from beginning to end and called me to give me update on them both and I really appreciate that and her advice. The price is expensive but the time and care she taken was worth every dollar. Bonus- they also had their picture taken for their birthday and were sent them to me which I love! Thank you so much Petbar Boutique Katy for giving my babies the grooming they need and I will return again. 😊🩷🩵

Love bringing my dog here! Kevin sees Mariela and everytime he comes back looking perfect! She does an amazing job. All of the staff are super friendly. I never have to worry about leaving him because I know he’s in good hands! I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and even moved further away, but it’s worth the drive
