Finding a reliable cat groomer is a real challenge, but PetBar Katy does an outstanding job with our Ragdoll, Sapphire. They groom both dogs and cats, which means it can sometimes be busy and skittish cats might feel a bit overwhelmed. Luckily for us, Sapphire is not skittish at all, and she handles the environment with aplomb. Because they are so popular and usually busy, it is definitely best to schedule your appointments ahead of time. The results are always worth it. Sapphire consistently looks wonderful after her visits, and her haircut and deshedding results last for months. We also have them shave her hygienic area during her visits because she can easily get waste caught in her fur when it grows longer. We learned our lesson the hard way with a previous groomer. When we asked for a shorter trim elsewhere, they completely shaved poor Sapphire. We will only trust PetBar Katy from now on. Highly recommended for any cat owner looking for skilled and reliable grooming.

we took our 6 month old puppy to the self wash station at petbar and had such a great experience! isabella helped us and was super friendly and welcoming from the start. she walked us through how everything worked and explained it in a really clear way, which made it so much easier since there were a lot of supplies. she made the whole process feel simple and not overwhelming at all. we were able to wash and dry our puppy with no issues and everyone there was kind and welcoming the whole time. we’ll definitely be coming back! thank you again isabella, we really appreciate your help! 🫶🏼
