I’ve tried giving this groomer multiple chances, but every visit has been disappointing. Each time I bring my dogs, their haircuts are completely different from what I ask for. I specifically show pictures and explain that I DONT want them cut short, yet they cut them short every single time. At my last appointment, I told the groomer NOT to cut my dog short because it’s getting cold, but he kept interrupting me to talk about what he did the previous time. I tried to explain that I didn’t want that cut repeated, but he continued to talk over me and didn’t listen. I also asked him NOT to trim the hair on top of my other dog’s head because I’m trying to grow it out, and once again, he ignored my request and cut it off. Now I have to start all over growing her ponytail back. I’ve been patient and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I’m done. I shouldn’t have to keep paying for a service that doesn’t listen to what I want for MY dogs, and just does whatever they please. I will not be returning, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects their instructions or preferences to be respected.

I love bringing my dog here to get groomed! He always looks great and the groomers are friendly and responsive. My dog usually gets groomed by Maddie, but he’s had other groomers and they’ve done a wonderful job every time. I think the pricing is more than fair for the quality and attention to detail they provide. I moved further away last year but I keep driving up to this location because this is place is the best. And I can’t say enough good things about Angie. She is incredibly kind, outgoing, and friendly. I look forward to seeing her when I drop my dog off because I know I’ll walk away smiling.
