First let me say this they are life savers.I am 76 female with a cane. How wonderful it is to have them stay with you the whole time..I can’t carry a carrier while using my cane. Lorraine and Richard, I have used this service twice, were with me 100% of the time.They did all the heavy lifting for me..I will be calling them again anytime I need a taxi for my pets..They love animals and it shows..

All I can say is WOW!! Lorena is so professional, caring and great with animals!! We needed a Neapolitan Mastiff rescue to be transported from AZ to WA. It was an urgent situation where the original owners were going to euthanize this boy if we couldn’t find transportation quickly. When Lorena heard the situation, she quickly kicked into gear and was able to get this sweet boy out of a dangerous situation and on the road to us. Feargus is a 170 pound Neo. Most people would have been very intimidated by him, but not Lorena. She handled him with loving care and was able to deliver him within just a few days of our original phone call to her. Thank you sooooo very much Lorena!! You helped save this boys life, and we will always be grateful to you for it!!!! ❤️ If you need an animal transported, definitely go with Pet2Vets!! Pet2Vets saved my dog's life. I don't even know where to begin. My senior dog, Ollie, suddenly couldn't go to the bathroom after a long road trip. He kept trying and trying but nothing was happening- it had been close to 12 hours and I knew something was terribly wrong. I have a neck injury and cannot lift more than forty pounds, and Ollie weighs 130 with a blown-out knee. I was panicking and felt completely helpless. The vet ER mentioned PET2Vets, and I called right away. It was around 9pm on a Sunday night. Lorena answered -kind, calm, and understanding. Even though all her employees were done for the night, she could hear the worry in my voice and refused to leave me stranded. She called one of her team members, Christine, who had just finished a long day but still said yes without hesitation. These two women quite literally saved my dog's life. Ollie had a bladder stone that completely blocked his urethra- without their help, he wouldn't have made it. Thanks to Lorena and Christine. Ollie made it to the ER in time and recovered fully without surgery and no kidney damage. It's rare these days to find people who genuinely care and go above and beyond for both pets and their owners. Lorena, Christine- you have my deepest gratitude. This company is beyond amazing and trustworthy! We rescued a dog in Texas and needed to get her to Arizona to my dad. We called Vet2pets and was quoted a GREAT price and was thrilled with Miss Anna who drove her one way to her new forever home 😊 she was amazing, on-time, kind, professional and got her to my dads safely! Excellent service ! They helped us take our old lab for an ER trip when it was near possible to get him in the car, stayed with us as we navigated a very difficult time. Also came back the next day which was Father’s Day to pick him up and get him back home. Very compassionate and honest service. I cannot thank enough.

Don’t hesitate, putting off going to the vet because you do not have a way to get there… This company is amazing!! I am disabled with four dogs that constantly have to go to the veterinarian and I cannot drive. The wonderful lady came and picked up my dog, promptly on time, took my dog to the facility, stayed with my pet, the entire five hours he was there, and when she brought him home with his medicine, explained in detail what I needed to do. I would recommend this service to absolutely anyone who loves their pet, and is in need of help. These are loving, trusting women, who care for your pets the same way you would. My words cannot express the comfort factor that I felt knowing that my animal was so well taken care of when I could not be there in his time of need. Not to mention… They are very affordable!! Don’t put off your dogs health because you think you cannot afford to get him where he needs to go… This company can take care of you!! if there were more than 10 stars, I would give them that!! This is the first company I have dealt with that has been so professional, I will not go anywhere else ever!

Difficult to post anything positive about this experience but, the driver was very respectful and tried to help resuscitate our boy. Sadly, it was too late. He was as careful as possible helping me get our boy to the transport to go to the vet. He waited patiently for payment as we said goodbye to our boy and was very apologetic for our loss. He did a good job, the circumstances were horrible. The entire experience went as well as could be expected under the circumstances.
