I bought the Siberian kitten on Nov 23 and kitten died on early morning of Nov 26. It has been four days and I am still crying for it. My kitten was the cutest little thing ,despite of noticing that it had sign of diarrhea and weight is below standard weight for a 2 month 15 days old kitten ,I decided to buy it. I took the kitten back home in the afternoon of Nov 23, kitten generally looked ok and got acquainted with new environment soon ,only thing that disturbed me was it was not eating much and poop looking like a bit diarrhea. As per the pet purchase agreement ,I should take the kitten to vet in 48 hours.So next day, I took it to a vet clinic near home (I preferred to use an independent vet) for consultation ,especially for its diarrhea. Doctor checked and there was no fever ,doctor suggested :the kitten was very weak due to lack of proper feeding by petshop and prescribe some vitamin and instructed me to feed it well. After I took the kitten home, the diarrhea was getting worse.So I went to vet again on Nov 25. Poop sample was checked and there was no sign of Parvo, ear mite was discovered . Doctor said as long as the pet still ate ,just gave him a bit time to let diarrhea recover and suggest to take probiotics . After I took kitten home ,it suddenly stopped eating and refused drinking water. It became more lethargic and not interested in anything .Next morning ,I got up very early worrying about the kitten and found it too weak ,still refusing to eat or drink.I took it immediately to vet . Doctor checked and said it was critical situation that the kitten's temperature was very low ,need to be take to ICU incubator. After a short while, I was informed kitten was dead .It happened so fast only in one hour and it was so difficult for me to accept it! Later the test report turned out that the kitten was infected with FCOV and Feline Bocavirus. These virus most possibly comes from the mother.The final diagnosis was FIP which is fatal for kitten.At that time, I realized why the kitten was having diarrhea and skinny.And the teeth shows the kitten was only two weeks. When I bought the kitten, I would not thought that I would be so unlucky to go through what had happened to other people who gave 1 star review . Furry babies and Petholicks are same management according to the shop staff's words. If I would have known it earlier, as Petholicks has a lot of negative reviews ,I would not have purchased from them . Shop staff knows nothing about taking caring of the pet ,do not care about them. Persistent diarrhea of kitten should be taken seriously and sent to vet for treatment as soon as possible. They do not even know kitten under 3 months are not suitable to take a bath . Kitten's age was faked . Kitten weight was only 400 grams and already taken first vaccine .Vaccine to kitten under 500 grams most possibly will not work . Shop refunded me amount for purchase of kitten.I bear the cost of clinic. But when it comes to life, money is nothing. I wish the kitten's life could be saved even it cost more. People buy pets to bring more joy to life ,not to bring sadness.The shop should strictly check the origin of the pets to avoid bringing any pets with underlying health issues and take proper care of them.

HIGHY BAD SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF. For a simple grooming session my cat got hurt in 3 to 4 ways, she got a deep cut on her keg and on her ear and she was handled very roughly. After the issue i spoke with 2 of theur employees and all of them refused any responsibility. If you love your pets then i wanna tell you that they don't care about your pets and want to get the job done quickly and comfort for your pet is not their priority.
